When we first started using Voiply our phone worked from 7 AM until 6 PM weekdays. It didn't work after 6 and on weekends. I put in a call to the support center, and after playing tag for a day and a half I received an e-mail from the Customer Support group. It was something that they have not seen before. After a couple of days and constant updates and request for information they were able to fix my problem. Now my phone works correctly. Throughout the entire ordeal the Customer Support Team made me feel that I was improtant to them, and kept me updated. I appreciated the way they handled my problem, and worked hard to correct it.

The human agent of the client service was super fast detecting a small hiccup on the answer given by the AI agent regarding my account. Without me asking or having time to do it the agent presented herself and offered immediately to review the situation... not even a couple minutes go by and I am receiving the information by email and on the live chat session. Incredible and nowadays surprisingly attentive client service. Well done.

I had just received my new Voiply phone box. It was easy to install but I couldn't make outgoing calls. I contacted the support department and they worked until they fixed the problem. They stayed in contact via email until they had it resolved. The technician was polite and I really appreciated their communication and followup to make sure it was working on my end.

For those considering VOIPLY, let me tell you this has been a great change from my previous VOIP service. The clarity has improved ten fold and so far haven’t had any issues with VOIPLY. THE $8.95 charge is somewhat misleading because it does not include other taxes and fee charges which amounts to a total of around $16per month which is still very reasonable compared to cell phone plans and even more on land line charges. I would definitely recommend VOIPLY as your home phone plan.

The switch to Voiply was seamless, fast, and easy. Voiply notified our previous carrier and notified us when the phone number was switched. The start up was amazingly simple and easy. We have two phone hubs on our home phone system, with a total of eight satellite phones. The sound clarity is excellent on all eight, and the system is working flawlessly. Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I always feel that I am chatting with a real person, not some AI-generated bot. The price is very reasonable and I recommend them highly.
