Unlimited Calls to India with Voiply Unlimited

I've been with Voiply for many years with excellent phone service. If I had any questions or problems, Customer Service was right there to help. Call quality is always spot-on and their pricing plans make it very affordable. I've tried others, and this company has been the best, so far.

After almost five years of trouble-free service, my Voiply connection failed. I visited the website and chatted with a robot, who instructed me to check all my wire connections. I thought, That's what they all tell you, and it never solves the problem." The robot connected me with a live agent who told me to check all my wire connections. She was more insistent than the robot and eventually determined that the connection to my modem was faulty. I connected the cable to a different port, and the system was restored. The moral of the story....Listen to your agent. She knows more than you do and is there to help you.

Due to my absence for 5 months, I had discontinued my internet service with another provider. To my surprise, voicemail was still working during this time and I was immediately notified via email whenever a call came in. The messages that were left showed up in detail which I appreciated. Upon reactivation of the modem for internet with that other provider, I had an issue with the phone connection. I contacted Voiply which fixed the problem within a relatively short time. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

I travel a lot around the world and it is very important for me to stay connected with my clients. Since the budget as well as the quality was important to me, I tried different services and always came back disappointed one way or the other. One service would not work if I turned my phone's screen off, another would connect the incoming call very sporadically. And even the Voice Mailbox was not that great. Now with Voiply, not only I get all that, but also the price is very reasonable. I get in/out bound calls very clearly and easily, I receive SMS texts, and have a great VM. I love it.

I've tried a few phone apps over the years. Voiply tops them all with ease of use, excellent phone app and the dashboard is well laid out to find what you need easily. To top it off, the support is AMAZING! They are very prompt and handle all inquiries quickly. Even the AI chat bot is smarter than most I've used. Highly recommend their services!

The first time I needed customer service and reached out to them, they were there for me. Very professional, courteous and determined to resolve my issue(s). Timely responses and great follow through. They have since fixed the problem on their end (not all problems are Voiply's fault). And all this for an incredible, low monthly fee. Hey guys, Voiply? Who, What Never heard of this company but I’m glad I ran across them. Saving me money on my telephone service. Sounds mickey mouse but far from it. Quality A+ Clarity A+ Ease to hook up A+ . If you’re getting your current number ported over, and after you connected the color coded wires, only 3 no big deal and you try to make a call and can’t don’t panic and think you made a mistake by switching don’t, it only takes a few days to get it running and what’s cool it rings also on your cell phone. Never have to wait at home for an important call. I’m excited with Volply and using my telephone bill savings to super size my next McDonald’s order with the extra money I’m saving. Roger D

I appreciate the time and attention that I received from the Voiply tech support agents when I was trying to resolve an issue with my adaptor. Mike walked me through a process to restore my service via the website chat and email. When neither of these methods was successful, Ana called me on my mobile phone and walked me through the process. Many thanks to their dedication in helping to resolve this issue.
