I had a little problem getting a transfer code from my previous phone company. Voiply was very patient with me. I received my equipment very quickly, and the transfer was processed smoothly. I have had no problems with my new plan.

We realized our house phone was not working and I e-mailed Voiply. They replied promptly, created a ticket # for us and began work on their end. Seems our adapter was off line so they gave me instructions on what to do. I followed their directions and we were back in service. Nice and easy--thank you.

I had moved from a previous VoIP service provider. I was concerned that the services wouldn't be as "good". I'm supper happy that I was wrong. Service has been very good, Support is have very helpful and feature and updates of the service are still coming. With other provider that I have 15 years. Nothing changed price keep going up. I'm so glad I made the change.

Quality A+ Clarity A+ Ease to hook up A+ . If you’re getting your current number ported over, and after you connected the color coded wires, only 3 no big deal and you try to make a call and can’t don’t panic and think you made a mistake by switching don’t, it only takes a few days to get it running and what’s cool it rings also on your cell phone. Never have to wait at home for an important call. I’m excited with Volply and using my telephone bill savings to super size my next McDonald’s order with the extra money I’m saving. Roger D
