I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! I want to tell all these people who is looking for a good VoIP phone service to check Voiply. I was looking at a lot of services, and I found this phone service due to what they had to offer. I went with service and placed my service order with them. Everything what is on their site is true. I had to take care of some issues with my internet service and had to cancel the service. I got in contact with them and asked to have the service canceled. Botton line there was no problem at all. They were very fast to respond back and took care of it and also was emailing every step of the way on the cancelation and refund. The big thing is what I liked about this service company they never gave me a song and dance to why or give any pressure trying to keep me. Other company want your whole profile and then they press you to connect with them. I would recommend this service company for the customer satisfaction they provide. You can read some feedback about problem when it comes time to cancel a service, but from what i went thought this company they are NOT that type. I'm saying this from the experience I had. I will for sure go with this phone service company once all the issues I'm dealing with gets fixed. You can decide for yourself and at least give they a try. JERRY......

After almost five years of trouble-free service, my Voiply connection failed. I visited the website and chatted with a robot, who instructed me to check all my wire connections. I thought, That's what they all tell you, and it never solves the problem." The robot connected me with a live agent who told me to check all my wire connections. She was more insistent than the robot and eventually determined that the connection to my modem was faulty. I connected the cable to a different port, and the system was restored. The moral of the story....Listen to your agent. She knows more than you do and is there to help you.

With our economy changing, I am trying to save anyway I can. I saw VOIPLY on line and decided to see what they had to offer, With their help, I am able to keep my landline for half the price I was paying through the "traditional cable bundle". It took a little extra help from my end with financing, but they were extremely kind and patient throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them.

Joined Voiply because I want to be able to use the app when traveling Internationally. The service was easy to use . Just dial the number in the app and you had a very clear connection to person you were calling. Since I am not traveling i did not need this connection. Their customer service is much better than 95% off other companies.
