Its a plug and play set up but I ran into some issues but Voiply's customer service is easy to access and they worked fast and hard to get me up and running. I kept my landline number because my mom doesn't know how to use a cellphone. But landline was costing me to much to keep. So found Voiply for home and its a great bargain. All I needed was my internet connection the Voiply dongle and my mom's cordless phone. Whats even cooler is we have voice mail and I get notifications on my cellphone when we have messages.

I signed up for Voiply's Park Your Number service, as I no longer needed a home landline and found myself inundated with spam calls that were constantly disrupting me when I was working from home. I really wanted to keep my phone number as it I have had it for decades and there is no way I could remember all of the places that I have listed it as my main contact number, so this was a great solution to not severe that history but still provide me a break from these incessant solicitation calls... Now I am able to get email notifications when people leave messages so I can easily review them when it is convenient for me. I can also log in to my Voiply account and review a full log of calls, see which ones left or didn't leave messages. It is a joy to see the tally of calls (most of which were of no interest to me!) and to appreciate the amount of disruptions that have now been avoided. That alone is worth the very small price for the service. I only wish I had found out about this sooner. Bravo Voiply, bravo!

I changed internet providers to T-MOBILE and was sent a 5G Gateway router. I read that there were issues because it has to be configured to Voiply.On two occasions I could not receive or call out with Voiply and had to use my cell phone. I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue and told me what to do if it happens again on my end and if that doesn't work call customer support. They were easy to work with for someone that's a senior and not computer savvy.

Voiply does have an A+ BBB rating. Just set it all up, was some issues with getting started, but contacted them. Initial communication was easily done through what seemed to be AI generated. Info was sent to a technician who fixed all my issues within the hour. I did not have to stay on the phone while the tech was doing their fix. Once everything was working, the tech sent me an email of his work and asked if all was good. I was able to reply, which is usually not an option to other businesses. Voiply seems to work great. Many features to learn along the way. I hope this will be a long friendship for us. I 100% would recommend this to everyone. The price is right. Just be patient for the initial set up, they are there to help, even with transferring your phone number for free, which many businesses are charging you for.

Joined Voiply because I want to be able to use the app when traveling Internationally. The service was easy to use . Just dial the number in the app and you had a very clear connection to person you were calling. Since I am not traveling i did not need this connection. Their customer service is much better than 95% off other companies.

I have been a customer of Voiply for a number of years, and have enjoyed a trouble free experience. The few times that I had questions or concerns, the customer service has been stellar, and has been able to solve my issues quickly and professionally. I would highly reccomend their service to anyone who is looking for a highly reliable VOIP phone service. Superior service at a very reasonable price.

When we first started using Voiply our phone worked from 7 AM until 6 PM weekdays. It didn't work after 6 and on weekends. I put in a call to the support center, and after playing tag for a day and a half I received an e-mail from the Customer Support group. It was something that they have not seen before. After a couple of days and constant updates and request for information they were able to fix my problem. Now my phone works correctly. Throughout the entire ordeal the Customer Support Team made me feel that I was improtant to them, and kept me updated. I appreciated the way they handled my problem, and worked hard to correct it.

I am impressed with VOIPLY so far, particularly with their support of a novice like me in porting my old cellphone number into our VOIP service. I gather some people at Voiply wear several hats, which is typical in a startup company. I hope Voiply can latch onto some other useful services to help grow the organization.

These people are really good to work with. Any time I've has the slightest issue they jump right on the problem and get it fixed quickly. I've been using Voiply for about 3 years and couldn't be happier with the product and the money I save
