I recently became a voiply customer. The initial set up was simple. However I had a hard time receiving calls. I call the help desk. The first tech had some problems, but put in a help ticket. I received an email from the second tech. They had no problem fixing my issue. The phone now works as it should.

The first time I needed customer service and reached out to them, they were there for me. Very professional, courteous and determined to resolve my issue(s). Timely responses and great follow through. They have since fixed the problem on their end (not all problems are Voiply's fault). And all this for an incredible, low monthly fee. I want to tell all these people who is looking for a good VoIP phone service to check Voiply. I was looking at a lot of services, and I found this phone service due to what they had to offer. I went with service and placed my service order with them. Everything what is on their site is true. I had to take care of some issues with my internet service and had to cancel the service. I got in contact with them and asked to have the service canceled. Botton line there was no problem at all. They were very fast to respond back and took care of it and also was emailing every step of the way on the cancelation and refund. The big thing is what I liked about this service company they never gave me a song and dance to why or give any pressure trying to keep me. Other company want your whole profile and then they press you to connect with them. I would recommend this service company for the customer satisfaction they provide. You can read some feedback about problem when it comes time to cancel a service, but from what i went thought this company they are NOT that type. I'm saying this from the experience I had. I will for sure go with this phone service company once all the issues I'm dealing with gets fixed. You can decide for yourself and at least give they a try. JERRY......

I'm so excited to have a landline home phone once again. This is the best and easiest way to reach me as I have a large house and I can put phones in everyroom if I want. I cannot carry a cellphone around my hip all day so never hear a call from it. The price is so perfect for my low income status. I actually received this earlier than expected. The instructions were so simple to connect to and have my phone working in minutes. Yes, even I, a elderly woman, could do this without having help from anyone. Yes I am so delighted to have found VOIPLY . Thanks again and look forward to many years together.

I've been with Voiply for many years with excellent phone service. If I had any questions or problems, Customer Service was right there to help. Call quality is always spot-on and their pricing plans make it very affordable. I've tried others, and this company has been the best, so far.

Just got set up with Voiply. I had a couple of issues while setting up the system but the customer service team worked very quickly to resolve all of the issues. I would recommend.

I had just received my new Voiply phone box. It was easy to install but I couldn't make outgoing calls. I contacted the support department and they worked until they fixed the problem. They stayed in contact via email until they had it resolved. The technician was polite and I really appreciated their communication and followup to make sure it was working on my end.

I recently signed up for Voiply and the setup and install was extremely easy and worked beautifully right out of the box. The calls are clear and sound very good. The Voiply web settings are also easy to navigate and there are lots of options to customize our phone settings.

Voiply was great to deal with and explained their services and equipment very well. I look forward to getting their adapter and using their system. Great price for phone service.
