I've been a Voiply customer for a while now, and I couldn't be happier! From the get-go, their customer service has been absolutely fantastic. I had moved from a previous VoIP service provider. I was concerned that the services wouldn't be as "good". I'm supper happy that I was wrong. Service has been very good, Support is have very helpful and feature and updates of the service are still coming. With other provider that I have 15 years. Nothing changed price keep going up. I'm so glad I made the change.

Haven't been with Voiply very long, but I am very happy. Not only is it cheaper, but I get better service than I did with my old company. If you run an independent business like me, this is perfect!!

We recently switched our business landline to Voiply and had some issues after the porting process was complete. I contacted customer service, and they were able to resolve the issue quickly and get us up and running. The additional features provided by Voiply over a traditional landline phone are wonderful.

The switch to Voiply was seamless, fast, and easy. Voiply notified our previous carrier and notified us when the phone number was switched. The start up was amazingly simple and easy. We have two phone hubs on our home phone system, with a total of eight satellite phones. The sound clarity is excellent on all eight, and the system is working flawlessly. This was a great experience, and Voiply is a real value.

I love Voiply, I was able to dial out but could not receive calls. I made one call to Voiply, they accessed the situation and resolved it quickly. I have been with them for five years and never had a problem. Good dependable service.

For some reason I had lost the device registration" of my home Voiply phone system. I contacted their customer care service number and was connected to their AI support. It worked amazingly well, and the AI bot, whose name was Jack, answered every question I asked it as if I talking to a real person. After making sure all the interconnections where properly connected and working, it tried several times re-register my device. It was unsuccessful and realized that I needed a real "customer care technician" to help correct the problem.

Voiply is great. Probably the best telephone VoIP service in the business. All phones are being forced to go Voice over IP. We were with Windstream/ Kinetic/ and whatever company they just merged with. Voiply’s cost and superior customer service kicks the mess out of our previous carrier. Check out the cost and you might just be their next customer.

They are great company in that they try very hard but they still have some things to learn like when a customer ask for an instruction manual so they would know how to use the mobile app and the portal and all the other stuff the phone the system over 9 times and I still have not gotten the owners manual or any way to figure it out on my own. I finally used the portal instead of the mobile app today and it was like a miracle. It changed everything. I thought I was dumb or my phone was broken because nothing was working very well on the mobile app. When I got over to the portal everything worked fantastically. Voiply is fantastic. I was paying $10 a month with Xfinity and $240 on top of that to have TV service and a landline or VoIP. So you offer the phone for like $16 and all the other companies wanted $40 for a phone. So you guys are about the best deal in the market. It took a while to get the phone to work properly because it was getting ported over and so forth but I understand that. And then once it was working it's been fantastic I really love it. I got rid of Xfinity and I gained a good partner in voiply! I'm still loving the voiply service. I request today owners manual and they sent it to me right away. My new puppy loves it too!
