I'm ecstatic to have found Voiply for my business phone service. I tried a couple of other services and was so dissatisfied I cancelled and started my search anew. I followed the trail of positive reviews straight to Voiply! Account creation and setup was a breeze, and I was ready to start taking calls in less than 20 minutes. Hey guys, Voiply? Who, What Never heard of this company but I’m glad I ran across them. Saving me money on my telephone service. Sounds mickey mouse but far from it. Quality A+ Clarity A+ Ease to hook up A+ . If you’re getting your current number ported over, and after you connected the color coded wires, only 3 no big deal and you try to make a call and can’t don’t panic and think you made a mistake by switching don’t, it only takes a few days to get it running and what’s cool it rings also on your cell phone. Never have to wait at home for an important call. I’m excited with Volply and using my telephone bill savings to super size my next McDonald’s order with the extra money I’m saving. Roger D

I had a little problem getting a transfer code from my previous phone company. Voiply was very patient with me. I received my equipment very quickly, and the transfer was processed smoothly. I have had no problems with my new plan.

I want to tell all these people who is looking for a good VoIP phone service to check Voiply. I was looking at a lot of services, and I found this phone service due to what they had to offer. I went with service and placed my service order with them. Everything what is on their site is true. I had to take care of some issues with my internet service and had to cancel the service. I got in contact with them and asked to have the service canceled. Botton line there was no problem at all. They were very fast to respond back and took care of it and also was emailing every step of the way on the cancelation and refund. The big thing is what I liked about this service company they never gave me a song and dance to why or give any pressure trying to keep me. Other company want your whole profile and then they press you to connect with them. I would recommend this service company for the customer satisfaction they provide. You can read some feedback about problem when it comes time to cancel a service, but from what i went thought this company they are NOT that type. I'm saying this from the experience I had. I will for sure go with this phone service company once all the issues I'm dealing with gets fixed. You can decide for yourself and at least give they a try. JERRY......

Voiply provides excellent service with customer service that wowed me from the start. I had to move my phone away from landline and Voiply was the only service that had clear instructions and reasonable costs. Then I needed to clarify some questions, so I called and I was able to speak to a real person who understood what was going on, saved me money on the plan, and was friendly and knowledgeable. When it came time to port the number, I had clear updates and I had a date. On the morning of the date, the number switched and I was live. It was so smooth, it was like nothing even changed. I'm so thrilled that I found Voiply, I highly recommend this service and this business.

I changed internet providers to T-MOBILE and was sent a 5G Gateway router. I read that there were issues because it has to be configured to Voiply.On two occasions I could not receive or call out with Voiply and had to use my cell phone. I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue and told me what to do if it happens again on my end and if that doesn't work call customer support. They were easy to work with for someone that's a senior and not computer savvy.

I love having a home phone again! I have a middle schooler and I wanted to put off devices for my child and this is meeting our needs and it's also so fun to have a family phone again in case we can't find our cell phones for emergencies. More independence for my kid and more secure feeling for mom and dad! Win win. The quality of the calls is great too.

I was tired of the high cost of my home phone with my internet provider so I found Voiply on line. Their crack team of agents seamlessly transferred my phone number and service to Voiply. I am now enjoying excellent phone service at one third the cost. The service staff is exceptional and expertly performing their support for customers like me.

I have used Voiply for several years. Excellent company and incredible customer service. Great value. I especially like that it keeps a log of my calls and love the fax feature. I was able to keep my phone & fax number. Very happy with this service. Thank you!!!
