I've tried a few phone apps over the years. Voiply tops them all with ease of use, excellent phone app and the dashboard is well laid out to find what you need easily. To top it off, the support is AMAZING! They are very prompt and handle all inquiries quickly. Even the AI chat bot is smarter than most I've used. Highly recommend their services!

Great Customer Service with immediate responses to register my adapter. I would recommend their telephone service just for their customer service. For those considering VOIPLY, let me tell you this has been a great change from my previous VOIP service. The clarity has improved ten fold and so far haven’t had any issues with VOIPLY. THE $8.95 charge is somewhat misleading because it does not include other taxes and fee charges which amounts to a total of around $16per month which is still very reasonable compared to cell phone plans and even more on land line charges. I would definitely recommend VOIPLY as your home phone plan.

I recently became a voiply customer. The initial set up was simple. However I had a hard time receiving calls. I call the help desk. The first tech had some problems, but put in a help ticket. I received an email from the second tech. They had no problem fixing my issue. The phone now works as it should.

When we first started using Voiply our phone worked from 7 AM until 6 PM weekdays. It didn't work after 6 and on weekends. I put in a call to the support center, and after playing tag for a day and a half I received an e-mail from the Customer Support group. It was something that they have not seen before. After a couple of days and constant updates and request for information they were able to fix my problem. Now my phone works correctly. Throughout the entire ordeal the Customer Support Team made me feel that I was improtant to them, and kept me updated. I appreciated the way they handled my problem, and worked hard to correct it.
