With our economy changing, I am trying to save anyway I can. I saw VOIPLY on line and decided to see what they had to offer, With their help, I am able to keep my landline for half the price I was paying through the "traditional cable bundle". It took a little extra help from my end with financing, but they were extremely kind and patient throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them.

I'm so excited to have a landline home phone once again. This is the best and easiest way to reach me as I have a large house and I can put phones in everyroom if I want. I cannot carry a cellphone around my hip all day so never hear a call from it. The price is so perfect for my low income status. I actually received this earlier than expected. The instructions were so simple to connect to and have my phone working in minutes. Yes, even I, a elderly woman, could do this without having help from anyone. Amazing customer service! I have to say, the communication from this company is stellar; they were very proactive; sending emails with order status updates, sending literature before I received the adapter, so that I could familiarize myself and be ready to install when it arrived. Unfortunately I don't have a compatible modem/router. (Most are compatible and can be tweaked, but I happened to have the one that wasn't.) Their tech support was brilliant, offering a couple of solutions, but I ended up returning the adapter. The customer service reps were very helpful with the return process as well. I will definitely reorder from Voiply when we're ready to get a compatible modem.

Joined Voiply because I want to be able to use the app when traveling Internationally. The service was easy to use . Just dial the number in the app and you had a very clear connection to person you were calling. Since I am not traveling i did not need this connection. Their customer service is much better than 95% off other companies.

I had a problem with the phone system. No messages and no dial tone. Got in touch with Voiply and they worked with me to get the system up and running. They worked with me to reset the box a couple of times and we had the system up and running shortly after that. The people that helped took their time and helped me to find how to adapter running again. Thanks for the help.
