I have had Voiply for the past 3 years and their service is amazing. The quality of the calls are clear. The customer service reps are so helpful. Their annual plan averages to about $13 a month(after taxes and fees) which also includes free international calls on about 50 countries. Nobody can beat that price! I've looked at other companies and many have bad reviews from the BBB. Their protection plan costs $1.00 a month. VOIPLY is rated A+ from the BBB. I highly recommend them!

The human agent of the client service was super fast detecting a small hiccup on the answer given by the AI agent regarding my account. Without me asking or having time to do it the agent presented herself and offered immediately to review the situation... not even a couple minutes go by and I am receiving the information by email and on the live chat session. I recently became a voiply customer. The initial set up was simple. However I had a hard time receiving calls. I call the help desk. The first tech had some problems, but put in a help ticket. I received an email from the second tech. They had no problem fixing my issue. The phone now works as it should.
