I spent nearly a year to find a decent service to transfer my Skype number. After much research I found VIOPLY and decided to port and park the number for the time being. The price is extremely good, settings are simple, porting is well supported. The AI assistant is quite useful and will transfer you to human support quickly when needed. Human support options offer chat, email, and phone so it is extremely convenient, and the chat support I received was excellent. My skype number porting is still in process but assuming all goes well this is a very useful and economical service with a variety of free and add-on services easy to choose from. Highly recommend. Quick update, my port completed after a second day with some quick support. Very pleased I can cost effectively keep my long-time Skype number.

After almost five years of trouble-free service, my Voiply connection failed. I visited the website and chatted with a robot, who instructed me to check all my wire connections. I thought, That's what they all tell you, and it never solves the problem." The robot connected me with a live agent who told me to check all my wire connections. She was more insistent than the robot and eventually determined that the connection to my modem was faulty. I connected the cable to a different port, and the system was restored. The moral of the story....Listen to your agent. She knows more than you do and is there to help you.

Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I always feel that I am chatting with a real person, not some AI-generated bot. The price is very reasonable and I recommend them highly.

I travel a lot around the world and it is very important for me to stay connected with my clients. Since the budget as well as the quality was important to me, I tried different services and always came back disappointed one way or the other. I want to tell all these people who is looking for a good VoIP phone service to check Voiply. I was looking at a lot of services, and I found this phone service due to what they had to offer. I went with service and placed my service order with them. Everything what is on their site is true. I had to take care of some issues with my internet service and had to cancel the service. I got in contact with them and asked to have the service canceled. Botton line there was no problem at all. They were very fast to respond back and took care of it and also was emailing every step of the way on the cancelation and refund. The big thing is what I liked about this service company they never gave me a song and dance to why or give any pressure trying to keep me. Other company want your whole profile and then they press you to connect with them. I would recommend this service company for the customer satisfaction they provide. You can read some feedback about problem when it comes time to cancel a service, but from what i went thought this company they are NOT that type. I'm saying this from the experience I had. I will for sure go with this phone service company once all the issues I'm dealing with gets fixed. You can decide for yourself and at least give they a try. JERRY......
