Unlimited Calls to Germany with Voiply Unlimited

Its a plug and play set up but I ran into some issues but Voiply's customer service is easy to access and they worked fast and hard to get me up and running. I kept my landline number because my mom doesn't know how to use a cellphone. But landline was costing me to much to keep. So found Voiply for home and its a great bargain. All I needed was my internet connection the Voiply dongle and my mom's cordless phone. Whats even cooler is we have voice mail and I get notifications on my cellphone when we have messages.

Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I always feel that I am chatting with a real person, not some AI-generated bot. The price is very reasonable and I recommend them highly.

I changed internet providers to T-MOBILE and was sent a 5G Gateway router. I read that there were issues because it has to be configured to Voiply.On two occasions I could not receive or call out with Voiply and had to use my cell phone. I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue and told me what to do if it happens again on my end and if that doesn't work call customer support. They were easy to work with for someone that's a senior and not computer savvy.

The first time I needed customer service and reached out to them, they were there for me. Very professional, courteous and determined to resolve my issue(s). Timely responses and great follow through. They have since fixed the problem on their end (not all problems are Voiply's fault). And all this for an incredible, low monthly fee. Great experience with voiply,had me up and ported on the promised day and I works great! After bad costly experiences with omma and wasting time with tech support I decided to try voiply and it worked great out of the box ,no dropped calls or bad voice quality ,garbled speech of problems. No static like I had with Comcast.Try it ,it just works.

Hey guys, Voiply? Who, What Never heard of this company but I’m glad I ran across them. Saving me money on my telephone service. Sounds mickey mouse but far from it. Quality A+ Clarity A+ Ease to hook up A+ . If you’re getting your current number ported over, and after you connected the color coded wires, only 3 no big deal and you try to make a call and can’t don’t panic and think you made a mistake by switching don’t, it only takes a few days to get it running and what’s cool it rings also on your cell phone. Never have to wait at home for an important call. I’m excited with Volply and using my telephone bill savings to super size my next McDonald’s order with the extra money I’m saving. Roger D

I appreciate the time and attention that I received from the Voiply tech support agents when I was trying to resolve an issue with my adaptor. Mike walked me through a process to restore my service via the website chat and email. When neither of these methods was successful, Ana called me on my mobile phone and walked me through the process. Many thanks to their dedication in helping to resolve this issue.

The switch to Voiply was seamless, fast, and easy. Voiply notified our previous carrier and notified us when the phone number was switched. The start up was amazingly simple and easy. We have two phone hubs on our home phone system, with a total of eight satellite phones. The sound clarity is excellent on all eight, and the system is working flawlessly. This was a great experience, and Voiply is a real value.

I want to tell all these people who is looking for a good VoIP phone service to check Voiply. I was looking at a lot of services, and I found this phone service due to what they had to offer. I went with service and placed my service order with them. Everything what is on their site is true. I had to take care of some issues with my internet service and had to cancel the service. I got in contact with them and asked to have the service canceled. Botton line there was no problem at all. They were very fast to respond back and took care of it and also was emailing every step of the way on the cancelation and refund. The big thing is what I liked about this service company they never gave me a song and dance to why or give any pressure trying to keep me. Other company want your whole profile and then they press you to connect with them. I would recommend this service company for the customer satisfaction they provide. You can read some feedback about problem when it comes time to cancel a service, but from what i went thought this company they are NOT that type. I'm saying this from the experience I had. I will for sure go with this phone service company once all the issues I'm dealing with gets fixed. You can decide for yourself and at least give they a try. JERRY......
