Unlimited Calls to Germany with Voiply Unlimited

I have had Voiplyservice for almost 2 years. I’ve had a few minor problems with them but they all have been resolved within an hour. All technicians are helpful, polite and very knowledgeable.

We have cut the cord with Xfinity’s ever raising prices for over 6 months now by using Voiply phone system. It was VERY easy to set up and works fine. We had an issue with not showing caller ID after 6 months and it was resolved within a day. I will definitely continue to extend our membership beyond the 1 year that we initially signed up.

Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I always feel that I am chatting with a real person, not some AI-generated bot. The price is very reasonable and I recommend them highly.

The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! I had just received my new Voiply phone box. It was easy to install but I couldn't make outgoing calls. I contacted the support department and they worked until they fixed the problem. They stayed in contact via email until they had it resolved. The technician was polite and I really appreciated their communication and followup to make sure it was working on my end.
