Excellent price for home/ computer phone service . Company has excellent customer service and communication regarding , use and installation -as well as videos and visual tools to help guide you. Extremely satisfied. Installation took only a few minutes and I was up and running.

I travel a lot around the world and it is very important for me to stay connected with my clients. Since the budget as well as the quality was important to me, I tried different services and always came back disappointed one way or the other. One service would not work if I turned my phone's screen off, another would connect the incoming call very sporadically. And even the Voice Mailbox was not that great. Now with Voiply, not only I get all that, but also the price is very reasonable. I get in/out bound calls very clearly and easily, I receive SMS texts, and have a great VM. I love it.

I switched carriers but wanted to keep a "stand-alone" phone. Voiply sent me the hardware, and as soon as I plugged it in my "landline" phone started working. I didn't even have to call my old carrier and get a Transfer PIN. Voiply was so easy to install and set up.

Dealing with Voiply was quite refreshing. Their customer service team, including AI, was fast and helpful. The equipment needed to use Voiply arrived the next day. After installing it, I sent a note saying that it had arrived and received a confirmation back promptly. My husband and I are impressed with Voiply and only wish that we had found them sooner!

I appreciate the time and attention that I received from the Voiply tech support agents when I was trying to resolve an issue with my adaptor. Mike walked me through a process to restore my service via the website chat and email. Great experience with voiply,had me up and ported on the promised day and I works great! After bad costly experiences with omma and wasting time with tech support I decided to try voiply and it worked great out of the box ,no dropped calls or bad voice quality ,garbled speech of problems. No static like I had with Comcast.Try it ,it just works.

I changed internet providers to T-MOBILE and was sent a 5G Gateway router. I read that there were issues because it has to be configured to Voiply.On two occasions I could not receive or call out with Voiply and had to use my cell phone. I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue and told me what to do if it happens again on my end and if that doesn't work call customer support. They were easy to work with for someone that's a senior and not computer savvy.
