The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! Called on Thur. 12/18/25@ 10:05 AM about our phone ringing once and going to voice mail. They checked the things they could all was good on our end, I was told they would make a ticket for repairs. At appox. 6:00 that evening we received a call from VOIPLY matter was all fixed and verifying problem was fixed. we are very happy with VOIPLY

The human agent of the client service was super fast detecting a small hiccup on the answer given by the AI agent regarding my account. Without me asking or having time to do it the agent presented herself and offered immediately to review the situation... not even a couple minutes go by and I am receiving the information by email and on the live chat session. Incredible and nowadays surprisingly attentive client service. Well done.

All I can say is it was SEAMLESS! I had no idea this service even existed until my son shared it with me. I’ve had my number for 45 years and didn’t want to lose it but had to ask if it was cost effective. This made my answer easy…NO it wasn’t until I parked it with VOIPLY. We realized our house phone was not working and I e-mailed Voiply. They replied promptly, created a ticket # for us and began work on their end. Seems our adapter was off line so they gave me instructions on what to do. I followed their directions and we were back in service. Nice and easy--thank you.

Hey guys, Voiply? Who, What Never heard of this company but I’m glad I ran across them. Saving me money on my telephone service. Sounds mickey mouse but far from it. Quality A+ Clarity A+ Ease to hook up A+ . If you’re getting your current number ported over, and after you connected the color coded wires, only 3 no big deal and you try to make a call and can’t don’t panic and think you made a mistake by switching don’t, it only takes a few days to get it running and what’s cool it rings also on your cell phone. Never have to wait at home for an important call. I’m excited with Volply and using my telephone bill savings to super size my next McDonald’s order with the extra money I’m saving. Roger D

I appreciate the time and attention that I received from the Voiply tech support agents when I was trying to resolve an issue with my adaptor. Mike walked me through a process to restore my service via the website chat and email. When neither of these methods was successful, Ana called me on my mobile phone and walked me through the process. Many thanks to their dedication in helping to resolve this issue.

These people are really good to work with. Any time I've has the slightest issue they jump right on the problem and get it fixed quickly. I've been using Voiply for about 3 years and couldn't be happier with the product and the money I save
