I had to move my phone away from landline and Voiply was the only service that had clear instructions and reasonable costs. Then I needed to clarify some questions, so I called and I was able to speak to a real person who understood what was going on, saved me money on the plan, and was friendly and knowledgeable. When it came time to port the number, I had clear updates and I had a date. On the morning of the date, the number switched and I was live. It was so smooth, it was like nothing even changed. Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I always feel that I am chatting with a real person, not some AI-generated bot. The price is very reasonable and I recommend them highly.

I love having a home phone again! I have a middle schooler and I wanted to put off devices for my child and this is meeting our needs and it's also so fun to have a family phone again in case we can't find our cell phones for emergencies. Voiply is great. Probably the best telephone VoIP service in the business. All phones are being forced to go Voice over IP. We were with Windstream/ Kinetic/ and whatever company they just merged with. Voiply’s cost and superior customer service kicks the mess out of our previous carrier. I switched carriers but wanted to keep a "stand-alone" phone. Voiply sent me the hardware, and as soon as I plugged it in my "landline" phone started working. I didn't even have to call my old carrier and get a Transfer PIN. Voiply was so easy to install and set up.

I had an issue with my Caller ID and contacted Voiply Customer Service phone number. To my surprise, the wait time was less than a minute and the customer service rep understood my concern. The customer service rep contacted the help desk support team and my issue was fixed. I received a call back from the customer service rep to verify the problem was corrected.
