The first time I needed customer service and reached out to them, they were there for me. Very professional, courteous and determined to resolve my issue(s). Timely responses and great follow through. They have since fixed the problem on their end (not all problems are Voiply's fault). And all this for an incredible, low monthly fee. I travel a lot around the world and it is very important for me to stay connected with my clients. Since the budget as well as the quality was important to me, I tried different services and always came back disappointed one way or the other. One service would not work if I turned my phone's screen off, another would connect the incoming call very sporadically. And even the Voice Mailbox was not that great. Now with Voiply, not only I get all that, but also the price is very reasonable. I get in/out bound calls very clearly and easily, I receive SMS texts, and have a great VM. I love it.

I had just received my new Voiply phone box. It was easy to install but I couldn't make outgoing calls. I contacted the support department and they worked until they fixed the problem. They stayed in contact via email until they had it resolved. The technician was polite and I really appreciated their communication and followup to make sure it was working on my end.

Voiply Provides A Really Great Dialer with little to No Issues. I use it daily to make a high volume of calls. The customer service team is also top-notch as they are well equipped, fast and friendly.

Voiply provides excellent service with customer service that wowed me from the start. I had to move my phone away from landline and Voiply was the only service that had clear instructions and reasonable costs. Then I needed to clarify some questions, so I called and I was able to speak to a real person who understood what was going on, saved me money on the plan, and was friendly and knowledgeable. When it came time to port the number, I had clear updates and I had a date. On the morning of the date, the number switched and I was live. It was so smooth, it was like nothing even changed. I'm so thrilled that I found Voiply, I highly recommend this service and this business.

For those considering VOIPLY, let me tell you this has been a great change from my previous VOIP service. The clarity has improved ten fold and so far haven’t had any issues with VOIPLY. THE $8.95 charge is somewhat misleading because it does not include other taxes and fee charges which amounts to a total of around $16per month which is still very reasonable compared to cell phone plans and even more on land line charges. I would definitely recommend VOIPLY as your home phone plan.

One could not ask for a better voip then Voiply. I have been a customer for many years and never experienced any issues at all, until this this year between Christmas and New Years. I was not receiving incoming calls and called for assistance. One would think, and most likely expect that during this time of the season help would not be forth coming. WRONG. The tech help desk solved the issue on the call back on a day between Christmas and New Years. Solved the issue, called in on the line, left a message and life was good again. Voiply takes problems seriously and solves them as soon as possible. One GREAT company with customer service in mind. And as a bonus their plans are very affordable and reasonable.

Voiply was great to deal with and explained their services and equipment very well. I look forward to getting their adapter and using their system. Great price for phone service.
