I'm ecstatic to have found Voiply for my business phone service. I tried a couple of other services and was so dissatisfied I cancelled and started my search anew. I am impressed with VOIPLY so far, particularly with their support of a novice like me in porting my old cellphone number into our VOIP service. I gather some people at Voiply wear several hats, which is typical in a startup company. I hope Voiply can latch onto some other useful services to help grow the organization.

When we first started using Voiply our phone worked from 7 AM until 6 PM weekdays. It didn't work after 6 and on weekends. I put in a call to the support center, and after playing tag for a day and a half I received an e-mail from the Customer Support group. It was something that they have not seen before. After a couple of days and constant updates and request for information they were able to fix my problem. Now my phone works correctly. Throughout the entire ordeal the Customer Support Team made me feel that I was improtant to them, and kept me updated. I appreciated the way they handled my problem, and worked hard to correct it.

I was tired of the high cost of my home phone with my internet provider so I found Voiply on line. Their crack team of agents seamlessly transferred my phone number and service to Voiply. I am now enjoying excellent phone service at one third the cost. The service staff is exceptional and expertly performing their support for customers like me.

Called on Thur. 12/18/25@ 10:05 AM about our phone ringing once and going to voice mail. They checked the things they could all was good on our end, I was told they would make a ticket for repairs.
