All I can say is it was SEAMLESS! I had no idea this service even existed until my son shared it with me. I’ve had my number for 45 years and didn’t want to lose it but had to ask if it was cost effective. This made my answer easy…NO it wasn’t until I parked it with VOIPLY. I love having a home phone again! I have a middle schooler and I wanted to put off devices for my child and this is meeting our needs and it's also so fun to have a family phone again in case we can't find our cell phones for emergencies. Voiply is a very professional, very organized Voip provider. My former provider was suddenly going out of business and Voiply handling the transfer from the prior business to Voiply seamlessly, quickly and answered all my questions. And here is a bonus, their Chat Box to answer questions works perfectly, accurately and even updated information on the form to port my phone number when I realized I made an mistake on the form. Wow, a Chat Box that works!!!!

Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I always feel that I am chatting with a real person, not some AI-generated bot. The price is very reasonable and I recommend them highly.

We recently switched our business landline to Voiply and had some issues after the porting process was complete. I contacted customer service, and they were able to resolve the issue quickly and get us up and running. The additional features provided by Voiply over a traditional landline phone are wonderful.

Joined Voiply because I want to be able to use the app when traveling Internationally. The service was easy to use . Just dial the number in the app and you had a very clear connection to person you were calling. Since I am not traveling i did not need this connection. Their customer service is much better than 95% off other companies.
