Unlimited Calls to India with Voiply Unlimited

I have had Voiply for the past 3 years and their service is amazing. The quality of the calls are clear. The customer service reps are so helpful. Their annual plan averages to about $13 a month(after taxes and fees) which also includes free international calls on about 50 countries. Nobody can beat that price! I've looked at other companies and many have bad reviews from the BBB. Their protection plan costs $1.00 a month. VOIPLY is rated A+ from the BBB. I highly recommend them!

They are great company in that they try very hard but they still have some things to learn like when a customer ask for an instruction manual so they would know how to use the mobile app and the portal and all the other stuff the phone the system over 9 times and I still have not gotten the owners manual or any way to figure it out on my own. I finally used the portal instead of the mobile app today and it was like a miracle. It changed everything. I thought I was dumb or my phone was broken because nothing was working very well on the mobile app. When I got over to the portal everything worked fantastically. Voiply is fantastic. I was paying $10 a month with Xfinity and $240 on top of that to have TV service and a landline or VoIP. So you offer the phone for like $16 and all the other companies wanted $40 for a phone. So you guys are about the best deal in the market. It took a while to get the phone to work properly because it was getting ported over and so forth but I understand that. And then once it was working it's been fantastic I really love it. I got rid of Xfinity and I gained a good partner in voiply! I'm still loving the voiply service. I request today owners manual and they sent it to me right away. My new puppy loves it too!

I've been with Voiply for many years with excellent phone service. If I had any questions or problems, Customer Service was right there to help. Call quality is always spot-on and their pricing plans make it very affordable. I've tried others, and this company has been the best, so far.

Voiply provides excellent service with customer service that wowed me from the start. I had to move my phone away from landline and Voiply was the only service that had clear instructions and reasonable costs. Then I needed to clarify some questions, so I called and I was able to speak to a real person who understood what was going on, saved me money on the plan, and was friendly and knowledgeable. When it came time to port the number, I had clear updates and I had a date. On the morning of the date, the number switched and I was live. It was so smooth, it was like nothing even changed. I'm so thrilled that I found Voiply, I highly recommend this service and this business.

The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! The switch to Voiply was seamless, fast, and easy. Voiply notified our previous carrier and notified us when the phone number was switched. The start up was amazingly simple and easy. We have two phone hubs on our home phone system, with a total of eight satellite phones. The sound clarity is excellent on all eight, and the system is working flawlessly. This was a great experience, and Voiply is a real value.

I signed up for Voiply's Park Your Number service, as I no longer needed a home landline and found myself inundated with spam calls that were constantly disrupting me when I was working from home. I really wanted to keep my phone number as it I have had it for decades and there is no way I could remember all of the places that I have listed it as my main contact number, so this was a great solution to not severe that history but still provide me a break from these incessant solicitation calls... Now I am able to get email notifications when people leave messages so I can easily review them when it is convenient for me. I can also log in to my Voiply account and review a full log of calls, see which ones left or didn't leave messages. It is a joy to see the tally of calls (most of which were of no interest to me!) and to appreciate the amount of disruptions that have now been avoided. That alone is worth the very small price for the service. I only wish I had found out about this sooner. Bravo Voiply, bravo!

I recently became a voiply customer. The initial set up was simple. However I had a hard time receiving calls. I call the help desk. The first tech had some problems, but put in a help ticket. I received an email from the second tech. They had no problem fixing my issue. The phone now works as it should.
