Unlimited Calls to India with Voiply Unlimited

Voiply was able to port verizon home phone to the voip connector to my router. It took awhile to get it away from verizon but as of today it is done, and it costs about $13.79 per month, paid annually. That is a great price for a home phone.

Very easy to set up. The support team responds promptly. Answers provided the same day. Great value.

The human agent of the client service was super fast detecting a small hiccup on the answer given by the AI agent regarding my account. Without me asking or having time to do it the agent presented herself and offered immediately to review the situation... not even a couple minutes go by and I am receiving the information by email and on the live chat session. Incredible and nowadays surprisingly attentive client service. Well done.

Joined Voiply because I want to be able to use the app when traveling Internationally. The service was easy to use . Just dial the number in the app and you had a very clear connection to person you were calling. Since I am not traveling i did not need this connection. Their customer service is much better than 95% off other companies.

I am happy to have found Voiply to park my phone number for a very low cost. I had lots of questions and made changes to my services several times. Throughout this, I had multiple interactions with customer service. The online chat bot was unable to answer all of my questions, but the humans I chatted with immediately understood and addressed my questions and then quickly processed my requests. We have cut the cord with Xfinity’s ever raising prices for over 6 months now by using Voiply phone system. It was VERY easy to set up and works fine. We had an issue with not showing caller ID after 6 months and it was resolved within a day. I will definitely continue to extend our membership beyond the 1 year that we initially signed up.

The switch to Voiply was seamless, fast, and easy. Voiply notified our previous carrier and notified us when the phone number was switched. The start up was amazingly simple and easy. We have two phone hubs on our home phone system, with a total of eight satellite phones. The sound clarity is excellent on all eight, and the system is working flawlessly. This was a great experience, and Voiply is a real value.
