Unlimited Calls to India with Voiply Unlimited

I've been a Voiply customer for almost three years now. During this time, I've only had three outages due to loss of electricity or other unknown issues. Each outage, I've contacted customer support and every problem was promptly and quickly addressed by their responsive and professional team. I highly recommend Voiply for VOIP telephone service.

I travel a lot around the world and it is very important for me to stay connected with my clients. Since the budget as well as the quality was important to me, I tried different services and always came back disappointed one way or the other. One service would not work if I turned my phone's screen off, another would connect the incoming call very sporadically. And even the Voice Mailbox was not that great. Now with Voiply, not only I get all that, but also the price is very reasonable. I get in/out bound calls very clearly and easily, I receive SMS texts, and have a great VM. I love it.

We switched to Voiply and could not be happier. The phone works great, easy to set up and great service. We did have one technical issue at first (Caller ID was not working), Voiply worked with us and got it fixed. Would highly recommend, and they are much cheaper than the cable service we were using.

I had an issue with my Caller ID and contacted Voiply Customer Service phone number. To my surprise, the wait time was less than a minute and the customer service rep understood my concern. The customer service rep contacted the help desk support team and my issue was fixed. I received a call back from the customer service rep to verify the problem was corrected.

I think if I had had the adapter for my Starlink internet connection I would’ve been a lot happier!! Because I’m out of phone service now!! I have ordered what I need and it should arrive tomorrow!!

The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! Great Customer Service with immediate responses to register my adapter. I would recommend their telephone service just for their customer service. The Sound is very clear on the initial phone calls I did make, and I am very satisfied with the Set-up process, the convenient app, and their easy to use customer portal.

The switch to Voiply was seamless, fast, and easy. Voiply notified our previous carrier and notified us when the phone number was switched. The start up was amazingly simple and easy. We have two phone hubs on our home phone system, with a total of eight satellite phones. The sound clarity is excellent on all eight, and the system is working flawlessly. This was a great experience, and Voiply is a real value.
