Unlimited Calls to India with Voiply Unlimited

The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! I recently became a voiply customer. The initial set up was simple. However I had a hard time receiving calls. I call the help desk. The first tech had some problems, but put in a help ticket. I received an email from the second tech. They had no problem fixing my issue. The phone now works as it should.

Joined Voiply because I want to be able to use the app when traveling Internationally. The service was easy to use . Just dial the number in the app and you had a very clear connection to person you were calling. Since I am not traveling i did not need this connection. Their customer service is much better than 95% off other companies.

I had a problem (that I created) with my payment and the billing department straightened everything out in just a few minutes. They were very responsive and great to work with!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Voiply to anyone and everyone that needs a home phone.

Voiply does have an A+ BBB rating. Just set it all up, was some issues with getting started, but contacted them. Initial communication was easily done through what seemed to be AI generated. Info was sent to a technician who fixed all my issues within the hour. I did not have to stay on the phone while the tech was doing their fix. Once everything was working, the tech sent me an email of his work and asked if all was good. I was able to reply, which is usually not an option to other businesses. Voiply seems to work great. Many features to learn along the way. I hope this will be a long friendship for us. I 100% would recommend this to everyone. The price is right. Just be patient for the initial set up, they are there to help, even with transferring your phone number for free, which many businesses are charging you for.

I transferred to Voiply services on October 6, 2025, and regret not doing this sooner. I cannot tell any difference in the quality of the voice, communication, and services compared to the previous provider I had, all this at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

I'm so excited to have a landline home phone once again. This is the best and easiest way to reach me as I have a large house and I can put phones in everyroom if I want. I cannot carry a cellphone around my hip all day so never hear a call from it. The price is so perfect for my low income status. I actually received this earlier than expected. The instructions were so simple to connect to and have my phone working in minutes. Yes, even I, a elderly woman, could do this without having help from anyone. The switch to Voiply was seamless, fast, and easy. Voiply notified our previous carrier and notified us when the phone number was switched. The start up was amazingly simple and easy. We have two phone hubs on our home phone system, with a total of eight satellite phones. The sound clarity is excellent on all eight, and the system is working flawlessly.
