Unlimited Calls to India with Voiply Unlimited

Voiply was great to deal with and explained their services and equipment very well. I look forward to getting their adapter and using their system. Great price for phone service.

Its a plug and play set up but I ran into some issues but Voiply's customer service is easy to access and they worked fast and hard to get me up and running. I kept my landline number because my mom doesn't know how to use a cellphone. But landline was costing me to much to keep. So found Voiply for home and its a great bargain. All I needed was my internet connection the Voiply dongle and my mom's cordless phone. Whats even cooler is we have voice mail and I get notifications on my cellphone when we have messages.

After almost five years of trouble-free service, my Voiply connection failed. I visited the website and chatted with a robot, who instructed me to check all my wire connections. I thought, That's what they all tell you, and it never solves the problem." The robot connected me with a live agent who told me to check all my wire connections. She was more insistent than the robot and eventually determined that the connection to my modem was faulty. I connected the cable to a different port, and the system was restored. The moral of the story....Listen to your agent. She knows more than you do and is there to help you.

My tiny meditation center needed a phone number. We had gone over 5 years without a phone, so adding an actual phone seemed to be a waste, and we didn't want to do it. I found Voiply and it serves our needs perfectly. Our phone messages (we don't want a phone that rings anyway) are transcribed into emails that we can monitor later. It's great for us.

I had a problem with the phone system. No messages and no dial tone. Got in touch with Voiply and they worked with me to get the system up and running. They worked with me to reset the box a couple of times and we had the system up and running shortly after that. Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I always feel that I am chatting with a real person, not some AI-generated bot. The price is very reasonable and I recommend them highly.

Joined Voiply because I want to be able to use the app when traveling Internationally. The service was easy to use . Just dial the number in the app and you had a very clear connection to person you were calling. Since I am not traveling i did not need this connection. Their customer service is much better than 95% off other companies.

We recently switched our business landline to Voiply and had some issues after the porting process was complete.
