This was the easiest transition of a phone service ever! Everything transferred right on time, received the voiply box within days, plugged it in and done! No more monthly bill from a phone company. I wish I would have known about this service years ago.

I was tired of the high cost of my home phone with my internet provider so I found Voiply on line. Their crack team of agents seamlessly transferred my phone number and service to Voiply. I am now enjoying excellent phone service at one third the cost. The service staff is exceptional and expertly performing their support for customers like me.

I've tried a few phone apps over the years. Voiply tops them all with ease of use, excellent phone app and the dashboard is well laid out to find what you need easily. To top it off, the support is AMAZING! They are very prompt and handle all inquiries quickly. Even the AI chat bot is smarter than most I've used. Highly recommend their services!

I was tired of paying over 25.00 a month for my landline, after doing an online search I came across Voiply for 9.98 a month and decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service the adapter shipped out of Pittsburgh and arrived in 5 days. It took me 10 minutes to be up and running and everything was extremely easy! They are great company in that they try very hard but they still have some things to learn like when a customer ask for an instruction manual so they would know how to use the mobile app and the portal and all the other stuff the phone the system over 9 times and I still have not gotten the owners manual or any way to figure it out on my own. I finally used the portal instead of the mobile app today and it was like a miracle. It changed everything. I thought I was dumb or my phone was broken because nothing was working very well on the mobile app. When I got over to the portal everything worked fantastically. Voiply is fantastic. I was paying $10 a month with Xfinity and $240 on top of that to have TV service and a landline or VoIP. So you offer the phone for like $16 and all the other companies wanted $40 for a phone. So you guys are about the best deal in the market. It took a while to get the phone to work properly because it was getting ported over and so forth but I understand that. And then once it was working it's been fantastic I really love it. I got rid of Xfinity and I gained a good partner in voiply! I'm still loving the voiply service. I request today owners manual and they sent it to me right away. My new puppy loves it too!

Signup and porting my old number was simple and went flawlessly. Porting process also cancelled my old service so I didn't have to. Adapter arrived in about a week and connecting it to WiFi modem was quick and simple. My phone connected in just a couple minutes. Has worked flawlessly. Sound quality is excellent.

For some reason I had lost the device registration" of my home Voiply phone system. I contacted their customer care service number and was connected to their AI support. It worked amazingly well, and the AI bot, whose name was Jack, answered every question I asked it as if I talking to a real person. After making sure all the interconnections where properly connected and working, it tried several times re-register my device. It was unsuccessful and realized that I needed a real "customer care technician" to help correct the problem.
