I've tried a few phone apps over the years. Voiply tops them all with ease of use, excellent phone app and the dashboard is well laid out to find what you need easily. To top it off, the support is AMAZING! They are very prompt and handle all inquiries quickly. Even the AI chat bot is smarter than most I've used. Highly recommend their services!

I have been a customer of Voiply for a number of years, and have enjoyed a trouble free experience. The few times that I had questions or concerns, the customer service has been stellar, and has been able to solve my issues quickly and professionally. My tiny meditation center needed a phone number. We had gone over 5 years without a phone, so adding an actual phone seemed to be a waste, and we didn't want to do it. I found Voiply and it serves our needs perfectly. Our phone messages (we don't want a phone that rings anyway) are transcribed into emails that we can monitor later. It's great for us.

Its a plug and play set up but I ran into some issues but Voiply's customer service is easy to access and they worked fast and hard to get me up and running. I kept my landline number because my mom doesn't know how to use a cellphone. But landline was costing me to much to keep. So found Voiply for home and its a great bargain. All I needed was my internet connection the Voiply dongle and my mom's cordless phone. Whats even cooler is we have voice mail and I get notifications on my cellphone when we have messages.

I had moved from a previous VoIP service provider. I was concerned that the services wouldn't be as "good". I'm supper happy that I was wrong. Service has been very good, Support is have very helpful and feature and updates of the service are still coming. With other provider that I have 15 years. Nothing changed price keep going up. I'm so glad I made the change.

The human agent of the client service was super fast detecting a small hiccup on the answer given by the AI agent regarding my account. Without me asking or having time to do it the agent presented herself and offered immediately to review the situation... not even a couple minutes go by and I am receiving the information by email and on the live chat session. Incredible and nowadays surprisingly attentive client service. Well done.

I want to tell all these people who is looking for a good VoIP phone service to check Voiply. I was looking at a lot of services, and I found this phone service due to what they had to offer. I went with service and placed my service order with them. Everything what is on their site is true. I had to take care of some issues with my internet service and had to cancel the service. I got in contact with them and asked to have the service canceled. Botton line there was no problem at all. They were very fast to respond back and took care of it and also was emailing every step of the way on the cancelation and refund. The big thing is what I liked about this service company they never gave me a song and dance to why or give any pressure trying to keep me. Other company want your whole profile and then they press you to connect with them. I would recommend this service company for the customer satisfaction they provide. You can read some feedback about problem when it comes time to cancel a service, but from what i went thought this company they are NOT that type. I'm saying this from the experience I had. I will for sure go with this phone service company once all the issues I'm dealing with gets fixed. You can decide for yourself and at least give they a try. JERRY......

Voiply is the best phone service available. We changed to Voiply because of the length of time it took for our previous carrier to respond to us. Voiply, from the beginning, responded immediately, without delay to any request we made. Their representatives are so kind and understanding. Hey guys, Voiply? Who, What Never heard of this company but I’m glad I ran across them. Saving me money on my telephone service. Sounds mickey mouse but far from it. Quality A+ Clarity A+ Ease to hook up A+ . If you’re getting your current number ported over, and after you connected the color coded wires, only 3 no big deal and you try to make a call and can’t don’t panic and think you made a mistake by switching don’t, it only takes a few days to get it running and what’s cool it rings also on your cell phone. Never have to wait at home for an important call. I’m excited with Volply and using my telephone bill savings to super size my next McDonald’s order with the extra money I’m saving. Roger D
