They are great company in that they try very hard but they still have some things to learn like when a customer ask for an instruction manual so they would know how to use the mobile app and the portal and all the other stuff the phone the system over 9 times and I still have not gotten the owners manual or any way to figure it out on my own. I finally used the portal instead of the mobile app today and it was like a miracle. It changed everything. I thought I was dumb or my phone was broken because nothing was working very well on the mobile app. When I got over to the portal everything worked fantastically. Voiply is fantastic. I was paying $10 a month with Xfinity and $240 on top of that to have TV service and a landline or VoIP. So you offer the phone for like $16 and all the other companies wanted $40 for a phone. So you guys are about the best deal in the market. It took a while to get the phone to work properly because it was getting ported over and so forth but I understand that. And then once it was working it's been fantastic I really love it. I got rid of Xfinity and I gained a good partner in voiply! I'm still loving the voiply service. I request today owners manual and they sent it to me right away. My new puppy loves it too!

We have cut the cord with Xfinity’s ever raising prices for over 6 months now by using Voiply phone system. It was VERY easy to set up and works fine. We had an issue with not showing caller ID after 6 months and it was resolved within a day. I will definitely continue to extend our membership beyond the 1 year that we initially signed up.

Voiply is great. Probably the best telephone VoIP service in the business. All phones are being forced to go Voice over IP. We were with Windstream/ Kinetic/ and whatever company they just merged with. Voiply’s cost and superior customer service kicks the mess out of our previous carrier. Check out the cost and you might just be their next customer.

I have been a customer of Voiply for a number of years, and have enjoyed a trouble free experience. The few times that I had questions or concerns, the customer service has been stellar, and has been able to solve my issues quickly and professionally. After almost five years of trouble-free service, my Voiply connection failed. I visited the website and chatted with a robot, who instructed me to check all my wire connections. I thought, That's what they all tell you, and it never solves the problem." The robot connected me with a live agent who told me to check all my wire connections. She was more insistent than the robot and eventually determined that the connection to my modem was faulty. I connected the cable to a different port, and the system was restored. The moral of the story....Listen to your agent. She knows more than you do and is there to help you.

I have used Voiply for several years. Excellent company and incredible customer service. Great value. I especially like that it keeps a log of my calls and love the fax feature. I was able to keep my phone & fax number. Very happy with this service. Thank you!!!

I spent nearly a year to find a decent service to transfer my Skype number. After much research I found VIOPLY and decided to port and park the number for the time being. The price is extremely good, settings are simple, porting is well supported. The AI assistant is quite useful and will transfer you to human support quickly when needed. Human support options offer chat, email, and phone so it is extremely convenient, and the chat support I received was excellent. My skype number porting is still in process but assuming all goes well this is a very useful and economical service with a variety of free and add-on services easy to choose from. Highly recommend. Quick update, my port completed after a second day with some quick support. Very pleased I can cost effectively keep my long-time Skype number.

I was tired of the high cost of my home phone with my internet provider so I found Voiply on line. Their crack team of agents seamlessly transferred my phone number and service to Voiply. I am now enjoying excellent phone service at one third the cost. The service staff is exceptional and expertly performing their support for customers like me.
