How to Call Mexico from the U.S.

To call Mexico, you can either use your Voiply Home Phone or the Voiply Mobile app.

1. First, dial 011 to exit the U.S. phone system.

2. Then dial 52, Mexico's country code.

3. Then dial the area code, which can be 2 to 4 digits.

4. Finally, dial the local phone number, which is between 6 and 8 digits.

Amazing customer service! I have to say, the communication from this company is stellar; they were very proactive; sending emails with order status updates, sending literature before I received the adapter, so that I could familiarize myself and be ready to install when it arrived. Unfortunately I don't have a compatible modem/router. (Most are compatible and can be tweaked, but I happened to have the one that wasn't.) Their tech support was brilliant, offering a couple of solutions, but I ended up returning the adapter. The customer service reps were very helpful with the return process as well. I will definitely reorder from Voiply when we're ready to get a compatible modem.

I have had Voiply for the past 3 years and their service is amazing. The quality of the calls are clear. The customer service reps are so helpful. Their annual plan averages to about $13 a month(after taxes and fees) which also includes free international calls on about 50 countries. Nobody can beat that price! I've looked at other companies and many have bad reviews from the BBB. Their protection plan costs $1.00 a month. VOIPLY is rated A+ from the BBB. I highly recommend them!

One could not ask for a better voip then Voiply. I have been a customer for many years and never experienced any issues at all, until this this year between Christmas and New Years. I was not receiving incoming calls and called for assistance. One would think, and most likely expect that during this time of the season help would not be forth coming. WRONG. The tech help desk solved the issue on the call back on a day between Christmas and New Years. Solved the issue, called in on the line, left a message and life was good again. Voiply takes problems seriously and solves them as soon as possible. One GREAT company with customer service in mind. And as a bonus their plans are very affordable and reasonable.

I switched carriers but wanted to keep a "stand-alone" phone. Voiply sent me the hardware, and as soon as I plugged it in my "landline" phone started working. I didn't even have to call my old carrier and get a Transfer PIN. Voiply was so easy to install and set up.
