I had a little problem getting a transfer code from my previous phone company. Voiply was very patient with me. I received my equipment very quickly, and the transfer was processed smoothly. I have had no problems with my new plan.

I'm so excited to have a landline home phone once again. This is the best and easiest way to reach me as I have a large house and I can put phones in everyroom if I want. I cannot carry a cellphone around my hip all day so never hear a call from it. The price is so perfect for my low income status. I actually received this earlier than expected. The instructions were so simple to connect to and have my phone working in minutes. Yes, even I, a elderly woman, could do this without having help from anyone. I've been a Voiply customer for almost three years now. During this time, I've only had three outages due to loss of electricity or other unknown issues. Each outage, I've contacted customer support and every problem was promptly and quickly addressed by their responsive and professional team. I highly recommend Voiply for VOIP telephone service.

Due to my absence for 5 months, I had discontinued my internet service with another provider. To my surprise, voicemail was still working during this time and I was immediately notified via email whenever a call came in. The messages that were left showed up in detail which I appreciated. Upon reactivation of the modem for internet with that other provider, I had an issue with the phone connection. I contacted Voiply which fixed the problem within a relatively short time. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

Voiply was able to port verizon home phone to the voip connector to my router. It took awhile to get it away from verizon but as of today it is done, and it costs about $13.79 per month, paid annually. That is a great price for a home phone.

I love the ease of purchase, the online dashboard is transparent about services and features, the customer service has always been topnotch, and you can't beat the price! I have the landline phone for my kids too young for cell phones and it's an added safety feature should I need to call 911 as the number is tied to my physical address. Worth every penny!

I have had Voiply for the past 3 years and their service is amazing. The quality of the calls are clear. The customer service reps are so helpful. Their annual plan averages to about $13 a month(after taxes and fees) which also includes free international calls on about 50 countries. Nobody can beat that price! I've looked at other companies and many have bad reviews from the BBB. Their protection plan costs $1.00 a month. VOIPLY is rated A+ from the BBB. I highly recommend them!

Haven't been with Voiply very long, but I am very happy. Not only is it cheaper, but I get better service than I did with my old company. If you run an independent business like me, this is perfect!!

Just got set up with Voiply. I had a couple of issues while setting up the system but the customer service team worked very quickly to resolve all of the issues. I would recommend.
