One month in and very happy with the experience. Smooth transition from cable phone provider with easy and efficient tech support from Voiply.

Voiply people and even their BOT have been very helpful. I've had the phone equipment since March 2025 but I hadn't tried to set it up until tonight. I had to wait to get a call back, but once the call came through, a wonderful agent named Blest helped me understand how to complete the process. Thank you!

The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! Great experience with voiply,had me up and ported on the promised day and I works great! After bad costly experiences with omma and wasting time with tech support I decided to try voiply and it worked great out of the box ,no dropped calls or bad voice quality ,garbled speech of problems. No static like I had with Comcast.Try it ,it just works.

I switched my ATT to Voiply home phone service 2 weeks ago, and am extremely happy with the decision. Voiply not only kept me informed of the progress of equipments shipment, porting updat, and provided step by step installation instructions, they also responded to my questions, by phone, email, and chat, promptly with clarity. I am able to enjoy all the services, including incoming and outgoing caller ID, fax services, etc. that I had with ATT before the switch. I waited for two weeks to make sure the services run smoothly before I posted my opinion about voiply and I can say that I am extremely happy with the results.

When we first started using Voiply our phone worked from 7 AM until 6 PM weekdays. It didn't work after 6 and on weekends. I put in a call to the support center, and after playing tag for a day and a half I received an e-mail from the Customer Support group. It was something that they have not seen before. After a couple of days and constant updates and request for information they were able to fix my problem. Now my phone works correctly. Throughout the entire ordeal the Customer Support Team made me feel that I was improtant to them, and kept me updated. I appreciated the way they handled my problem, and worked hard to correct it.

I had an issue with my Caller ID and contacted Voiply Customer Service phone number. To my surprise, the wait time was less than a minute and the customer service rep understood my concern. The customer service rep contacted the help desk support team and my issue was fixed. I received a call back from the customer service rep to verify the problem was corrected.

Due to my absence for 5 months, I had discontinued my internet service with another provider. To my surprise, voicemail was still working during this time and I was immediately notified via email whenever a call came in. The messages that were left showed up in detail which I appreciated. Upon reactivation of the modem for internet with that other provider, I had an issue with the phone connection. I contacted Voiply which fixed the problem within a relatively short time. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.
