Unlimited Calls to United Kingdom with Voiply Unlimited

I am using the app-based service which is more than sufficient for my sole proprietorship. It is a better price fit for me than Oomla, Grasshopper, and RingCentral. Works well with my Android and my wife's iPhone (she's my secretary). I highly recommend this service for your business line needs.

The first time I needed customer service and reached out to them, they were there for me. Very professional, courteous and determined to resolve my issue(s). Timely responses and great follow through. They have since fixed the problem on their end (not all problems are Voiply's fault). And all this for an incredible, low monthly fee. For some reason I had lost the device registration" of my home Voiply phone system. I contacted their customer care service number and was connected to their AI support. It worked amazingly well, and the AI bot, whose name was Jack, answered every question I asked it as if I talking to a real person. After making sure all the interconnections where properly connected and working, it tried several times re-register my device. It was unsuccessful and realized that I needed a real "customer care technician" to help correct the problem.

Voiply is great. Probably the best telephone VoIP service in the business. All phones are being forced to go Voice over IP. We were with Windstream/ Kinetic/ and whatever company they just merged with. Voiply’s cost and superior customer service kicks the mess out of our previous carrier. Check out the cost and you might just be their next customer.

Signup and porting my old number was simple and went flawlessly. Porting process also cancelled my old service so I didn't have to. Adapter arrived in about a week and connecting it to WiFi modem was quick and simple. My phone connected in just a couple minutes. Has worked flawlessly. Sound quality is excellent.

For those considering VOIPLY, let me tell you this has been a great change from my previous VOIP service. The clarity has improved ten fold and so far haven’t had any issues with VOIPLY. THE $8.95 charge is somewhat misleading because it does not include other taxes and fee charges which amounts to a total of around $16per month which is still very reasonable compared to cell phone plans and even more on land line charges. I would definitely recommend VOIPLY as your home phone plan.

Its a plug and play set up but I ran into some issues but Voiply's customer service is easy to access and they worked fast and hard to get me up and running. I kept my landline number because my mom doesn't know how to use a cellphone. But landline was costing me to much to keep. So found Voiply for home and its a great bargain. All I needed was my internet connection the Voiply dongle and my mom's cordless phone. Whats even cooler is we have voice mail and I get notifications on my cellphone when we have messages.

I had a little problem getting a transfer code from my previous phone company. Voiply was very patient with me. I received my equipment very quickly, and the transfer was processed smoothly. I have had no problems with my new plan.

I appreciate the time and attention that I received from the Voiply tech support agents when I was trying to resolve an issue with my adaptor. Mike walked me through a process to restore my service via the website chat and email. When neither of these methods was successful, Ana called me on my mobile phone and walked me through the process. Many thanks to their dedication in helping to resolve this issue.
