Unlimited Calls to United Kingdom with Voiply Unlimited

My tiny meditation center needed a phone number. We had gone over 5 years without a phone, so adding an actual phone seemed to be a waste, and we didn't want to do it. I found Voiply and it serves our needs perfectly. Our phone messages (we don't want a phone that rings anyway) are transcribed into emails that we can monitor later. It's great for us.

They are great company in that they try very hard but they still have some things to learn like when a customer ask for an instruction manual so they would know how to use the mobile app and the portal and all the other stuff the phone the system over 9 times and I still have not gotten the owners manual or any way to figure it out on my own. I finally used the portal instead of the mobile app today and it was like a miracle. It changed everything. I thought I was dumb or my phone was broken because nothing was working very well on the mobile app. When I got over to the portal everything worked fantastically. Voiply is fantastic. I was paying $10 a month with Xfinity and $240 on top of that to have TV service and a landline or VoIP. So you offer the phone for like $16 and all the other companies wanted $40 for a phone. So you guys are about the best deal in the market. It took a while to get the phone to work properly because it was getting ported over and so forth but I understand that. And then once it was working it's been fantastic I really love it. I got rid of Xfinity and I gained a good partner in voiply! I'm still loving the voiply service. I request today owners manual and they sent it to me right away. My new puppy loves it too!

We realized our house phone was not working and I e-mailed Voiply. They replied promptly, created a ticket # for us and began work on their end. Seems our adapter was off line so they gave me instructions on what to do. I followed their directions and we were back in service. Nice and easy--thank you.

I followed the trail of positive reviews straight to Voiply! Account creation and setup was a breeze, and I was ready to start taking calls in less than 20 minutes. Voiply is a very professional, very organized Voip provider. My former provider was suddenly going out of business and Voiply handling the transfer from the prior business to Voiply seamlessly, quickly and answered all my questions. And here is a bonus, their Chat Box to answer questions works perfectly, accurately and even updated information on the form to port my phone number when I realized I made an mistake on the form. Wow, a Chat Box that works!!!!

We love our Voiply residential phone service! They made it so easy to switch from our previous carrier. It took me less than 5 minutes to hook up the equipment, which we received for free. Our call quality is fantastic, and we are no longer missing phone calls like we did with our previous carrier. I switched my ATT to Voiply home phone service 2 weeks ago, and am extremely happy with the decision. Voiply not only kept me informed of the progress of equipments shipment, porting updat, and provided step by step installation instructions, they also responded to my questions, by phone, email, and chat, promptly with clarity. I am able to enjoy all the services, including incoming and outgoing caller ID, fax services, etc. that I had with ATT before the switch. I waited for two weeks to make sure the services run smoothly before I posted my opinion about voiply and I can say that I am extremely happy with the results.
