Unlimited Calls to United Kingdom with Voiply Unlimited

I had moved from a previous VoIP service provider. I was concerned that the services wouldn't be as "good". I'm supper happy that I was wrong. Service has been very good, Support is have very helpful and feature and updates of the service are still coming. With other provider that I have 15 years. Nothing changed price keep going up. I'm so glad I made the change.

Quality A+ Clarity A+ Ease to hook up A+ . If you’re getting your current number ported over, and after you connected the color coded wires, only 3 no big deal and you try to make a call and can’t don’t panic and think you made a mistake by switching don’t, it only takes a few days to get it running and what’s cool it rings also on your cell phone. Never have to wait at home for an important call. I’m excited with Volply and using my telephone bill savings to super size my next McDonald’s order with the extra money I’m saving. Roger D

Best customer support I've seen in a phone company. 1. you get a real person on the phone 2. they called back to make sure my issue was resolved.. Amazing in this day and age.. Well Done Voiply, Bravo

Due to my absence for 5 months, I had discontinued my internet service with another provider. To my surprise, voicemail was still working during this time and I was immediately notified via email whenever a call came in. The messages that were left showed up in detail which I appreciated. Upon reactivation of the modem for internet with that other provider, I had an issue with the phone connection. I contacted Voiply which fixed the problem within a relatively short time. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

I signed up for Voiply's Park Your Number service, as I no longer needed a home landline and found myself inundated with spam calls that were constantly disrupting me when I was working from home. I really wanted to keep my phone number as it I have had it for decades and there is no way I could remember all of the places that I have listed it as my main contact number, so this was a great solution to not severe that history but still provide me a break from these incessant solicitation calls... Now I am able to get email notifications when people leave messages so I can easily review them when it is convenient for me. I can also log in to my Voiply account and review a full log of calls, see which ones left or didn't leave messages. It is a joy to see the tally of calls (most of which were of no interest to me!) and to appreciate the amount of disruptions that have now been avoided. That alone is worth the very small price for the service. I only wish I had found out about this sooner. Bravo Voiply, bravo!

I've been with Voiply for many years with excellent phone service. If I had any questions or problems, Customer Service was right there to help. Call quality is always spot-on and their pricing plans make it very affordable. I've tried others, and this company has been the best, so far.

I changed internet providers to T-MOBILE and was sent a 5G Gateway router. I read that there were issues because it has to be configured to Voiply.On two occasions I could not receive or call out with Voiply and had to use my cell phone. I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue and told me what to do if it happens again on my end and if that doesn't work call customer support. They were easy to work with for someone that's a senior and not computer savvy.
