Dealing with Voiply was quite refreshing. Their customer service team, including AI, was fast and helpful. The equipment needed to use Voiply arrived the next day. After installing it, I sent a note saying that it had arrived and received a confirmation back promptly. My husband and I are impressed with Voiply and only wish that we had found them sooner!

We love our Voiply residential phone service! They made it so easy to switch from our previous carrier. It took me less than 5 minutes to hook up the equipment, which we received for free. Our call quality is fantastic, and we are no longer missing phone calls like we did with our previous carrier. One could not ask for a better voip then Voiply. I have been a customer for many years and never experienced any issues at all, until this this year between Christmas and New Years. I was not receiving incoming calls and called for assistance. One would think, and most likely expect that during this time of the season help would not be forth coming. WRONG. The tech help desk solved the issue on the call back on a day between Christmas and New Years. Solved the issue, called in on the line, left a message and life was good again. Voiply takes problems seriously and solves them as soon as possible. One GREAT company with customer service in mind. And as a bonus their plans are very affordable and reasonable.

I was tired of paying over 25.00 a month for my landline, after doing an online search I came across Voiply for 9.98 a month and decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service the adapter shipped out of Pittsburgh and arrived in 5 days. It took me 10 minutes to be up and running and everything was extremely easy! I would highly recommend giving Voiply a look, well worth it!

I recently signed up for Voiply and the setup and install was extremely easy and worked beautifully right out of the box. The calls are clear and sound very good. The Voiply web settings are also easy to navigate and there are lots of options to customize our phone settings.
