Unlimited Calls to United Kingdom with Voiply Unlimited

We switched to Voiply and could not be happier. The phone works great, easy to set up and great service. We did have one technical issue at first (Caller ID was not working), Voiply worked with us and got it fixed. Would highly recommend, and they are much cheaper than the cable service we were using.

Voiply people and even their BOT have been very helpful. I've had the phone equipment since March 2025 but I hadn't tried to set it up until tonight. I had to wait to get a call back, but once the call came through, a wonderful agent named Blest helped me understand how to complete the process. Thank you!

Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I always feel that I am chatting with a real person, not some AI-generated bot. The price is very reasonable and I recommend them highly.

I changed internet providers to T-MOBILE and was sent a 5G Gateway router. I read that there were issues because it has to be configured to Voiply.On two occasions I could not receive or call out with Voiply and had to use my cell phone. I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue and told me what to do if it happens again on my end and if that doesn't work call customer support. They were easy to work with for someone that's a senior and not computer savvy.

I transferred to Voiply services on October 6, 2025, and regret not doing this sooner. I cannot tell any difference in the quality of the voice, communication, and services compared to the previous provider I had, all this at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

I've been very happy with Voiply. I've had to use the service twice now and it has been very easy to start, stop, and then start again. The latest restart was very easy especially now that Voiply has added an AI layer to their chat and overall system. When I've needed an agent they have been available and very helpful. The porting process has been great and I feel safe and comfortable with Voiply holding a number for me.

Voiply provides excellent service with customer service that wowed me from the start. I had to move my phone away from landline and Voiply was the only service that had clear instructions and reasonable costs. Then I needed to clarify some questions, so I called and I was able to speak to a real person who understood what was going on, saved me money on the plan, and was friendly and knowledgeable. When it came time to port the number, I had clear updates and I had a date. On the morning of the date, the number switched and I was live. It was so smooth, it was like nothing even changed. I'm so thrilled that I found Voiply, I highly recommend this service and this business.

The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! I switched my ATT to Voiply home phone service 2 weeks ago, and am extremely happy with the decision. Voiply not only kept me informed of the progress of equipments shipment, porting updat, and provided step by step installation instructions, they also responded to my questions, by phone, email, and chat, promptly with clarity. I am able to enjoy all the services, including incoming and outgoing caller ID, fax services, etc. that I had with ATT before the switch. I waited for two weeks to make sure the services run smoothly before I posted my opinion about voiply and I can say that I am extremely happy with the results.
