I transferred to Voiply services on October 6, 2025, and regret not doing this sooner. I cannot tell any difference in the quality of the voice, communication, and services compared to the previous provider I had, all this at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

I appreciate the time and attention that I received from the Voiply tech support agents when I was trying to resolve an issue with my adaptor. After almost five years of trouble-free service, my Voiply connection failed. I visited the website and chatted with a robot, who instructed me to check all my wire connections. I thought, That's what they all tell you, and it never solves the problem." The robot connected me with a live agent who told me to check all my wire connections. She was more insistent than the robot and eventually determined that the connection to my modem was faulty. I connected the cable to a different port, and the system was restored. The moral of the story....Listen to your agent. She knows more than you do and is there to help you.

Voiply is amazing. I got this for my mom, and she has had it for over a year and a half with very few issues. When we have had to call customer service, they have been very helpful and quick to help with the issue.

I changed internet providers to T-MOBILE and was sent a 5G Gateway router. I read that there were issues because it has to be configured to Voiply.On two occasions I could not receive or call out with Voiply and had to use my cell phone. I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue and told me what to do if it happens again on my end and if that doesn't work call customer support. They were easy to work with for someone that's a senior and not computer savvy.

I switched carriers but wanted to keep a "stand-alone" phone. Voiply sent me the hardware, and as soon as I plugged it in my "landline" phone started working. I didn't even have to call my old carrier and get a Transfer PIN. Voiply was so easy to install and set up.
