One month in and very happy with the experience. Smooth transition from cable phone provider with easy and efficient tech support from Voiply.

Joined Voiply because I want to be able to use the app when traveling Internationally. The service was easy to use . Just dial the number in the app and you had a very clear connection to person you were calling. Since I am not traveling i did not need this connection. Their customer service is much better than 95% off other companies.

I have had Voiplyservice for almost 2 years. I’ve had a few minor problems with them but they all have been resolved within an hour. All technicians are helpful, polite and very knowledgeable.

I recently signed up for Voiply and the setup and install was extremely easy and worked beautifully right out of the box. The calls are clear and sound very good. The Voiply web settings are also easy to navigate and there are lots of options to customize our phone settings.

I switched carriers but wanted to keep a "stand-alone" phone. Voiply sent me the hardware, and as soon as I plugged it in my "landline" phone started working. I didn't even have to call my old carrier and get a Transfer PIN. Voiply was so easy to install and set up.

The first time I needed customer service and reached out to them, they were there for me. Very professional, courteous and determined to resolve my issue(s). Timely responses and great follow through. They have since fixed the problem on their end (not all problems are Voiply's fault). And all this for an incredible, low monthly fee. I have had Voiply for the past 3 years and their service is amazing. The quality of the calls are clear. The customer service reps are so helpful. Their annual plan averages to about $13 a month(after taxes and fees) which also includes free international calls on about 50 countries. Nobody can beat that price! I've looked at other companies and many have bad reviews from the BBB. Their protection plan costs $1.00 a month. VOIPLY is rated A+ from the BBB. I highly recommend them!

I had a problem (that I created) with my payment and the billing department straightened everything out in just a few minutes. They were very responsive and great to work with!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Voiply to anyone and everyone that needs a home phone.
