Unlimited Calls to United Kingdom with Voiply Unlimited

I love Voiply, I was able to dial out but could not receive calls. I made one call to Voiply, they accessed the situation and resolved it quickly. I have been with them for five years and never had a problem. Good dependable service.

Voiply was great to deal with and explained their services and equipment very well. I look forward to getting their adapter and using their system. Great price for phone service.

The first time I needed customer service and reached out to them, they were there for me. Very professional, courteous and determined to resolve my issue(s). Timely responses and great follow through. They have since fixed the problem on their end (not all problems are Voiply's fault). And all this for an incredible, low monthly fee. I had a problem with the phone system. No messages and no dial tone. Got in touch with Voiply and they worked with me to get the system up and running. They worked with me to reset the box a couple of times and we had the system up and running shortly after that. The people that helped took their time and helped me to find how to adapter running again. Thanks for the help.

Just got set up with Voiply. I had a couple of issues while setting up the system but the customer service team worked very quickly to resolve all of the issues. I would recommend.

I had a problem (that I created) with my payment and the billing department straightened everything out in just a few minutes. They were very responsive and great to work with!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Voiply to anyone and everyone that needs a home phone.

I signed up for Voiply's Park Your Number service, as I no longer needed a home landline and found myself inundated with spam calls that were constantly disrupting me when I was working from home. I really wanted to keep my phone number as it I have had it for decades and there is no way I could remember all of the places that I have listed it as my main contact number, so this was a great solution to not severe that history but still provide me a break from these incessant solicitation calls... Now I am able to get email notifications when people leave messages so I can easily review them when it is convenient for me. I can also log in to my Voiply account and review a full log of calls, see which ones left or didn't leave messages. It is a joy to see the tally of calls (most of which were of no interest to me!) and to appreciate the amount of disruptions that have now been avoided. That alone is worth the very small price for the service. I only wish I had found out about this sooner. Bravo Voiply, bravo!

Yes, we still have a landline telephone. Voiply has been an excellent provider for years. The system works smoothly, including voicemail. If I ever have a question they respond very quickly. I always feel that I am chatting with a real person, not some AI-generated bot. The price is very reasonable and I recommend them highly.

I changed internet providers to T-MOBILE and was sent a 5G Gateway router. I read that there were issues because it has to be configured to Voiply.On two occasions I could not receive or call out with Voiply and had to use my cell phone. I contacted customer service and they fixed the issue and told me what to do if it happens again on my end and if that doesn't work call customer support. They were easy to work with for someone that's a senior and not computer savvy.
