Voiply was able to port verizon home phone to the voip connector to my router. It took awhile to get it away from verizon but as of today it is done, and it costs about $13.79 per month, paid annually. That is a great price for a home phone.

With our economy changing, I am trying to save anyway I can. I saw VOIPLY on line and decided to see what they had to offer, With their help, I am able to keep my landline for half the price I was paying through the "traditional cable bundle". It took a little extra help from my end with financing, but they were extremely kind and patient throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them.

The transaction was simple, and the shipping was quick. (I purchased the home phone option.) It paired with a handheld cordless phone that we had with no problem. I had a question about set up, and although the phone number was not as helpful as I had hoped, the customer service via email was quick and responsive. The line works great! The first time I needed customer service and reached out to them, they were there for me. Very professional, courteous and determined to resolve my issue(s). Timely responses and great follow through. They have since fixed the problem on their end (not all problems are Voiply's fault). And all this for an incredible, low monthly fee. Voiply is a very professional, very organized Voip provider. My former provider was suddenly going out of business and Voiply handling the transfer from the prior business to Voiply seamlessly, quickly and answered all my questions. And here is a bonus, their Chat Box to answer questions works perfectly, accurately and even updated information on the form to port my phone number when I realized I made an mistake on the form. Wow, a Chat Box that works!!!!

I had just received my new Voiply phone box. It was easy to install but I couldn't make outgoing calls. I contacted the support department and they worked until they fixed the problem. They stayed in contact via email until they had it resolved. The technician was polite and I really appreciated their communication and followup to make sure it was working on my end.

I signed up for Voiply's Park Your Number service, as I no longer needed a home landline and found myself inundated with spam calls that were constantly disrupting me when I was working from home. I really wanted to keep my phone number as it I have had it for decades and there is no way I could remember all of the places that I have listed it as my main contact number, so this was a great solution to not severe that history but still provide me a break from these incessant solicitation calls... Now I am able to get email notifications when people leave messages so I can easily review them when it is convenient for me. I can also log in to my Voiply account and review a full log of calls, see which ones left or didn't leave messages. It is a joy to see the tally of calls (most of which were of no interest to me!) and to appreciate the amount of disruptions that have now been avoided. That alone is worth the very small price for the service. I only wish I had found out about this sooner. Bravo Voiply, bravo!

I had a problem with the phone system. No messages and no dial tone. Got in touch with Voiply and they worked with me to get the system up and running. They worked with me to reset the box a couple of times and we had the system up and running shortly after that. The people that helped took their time and helped me to find how to adapter running again. Thanks for the help.

Dealing with Voiply was quite refreshing. Their customer service team, including AI, was fast and helpful. The equipment needed to use Voiply arrived the next day. After installing it, I sent a note saying that it had arrived and received a confirmation back promptly. My husband and I are impressed with Voiply and only wish that we had found them sooner!
