I switched carriers but wanted to keep a "stand-alone" phone. Voiply sent me the hardware, and as soon as I plugged it in my "landline" phone started working. I didn't even have to call my old carrier and get a Transfer PIN. Voiply was so easy to install and set up.

Joined Voiply because I want to be able to use the app when traveling Internationally. The service was easy to use . Just dial the number in the app and you had a very clear connection to person you were calling. Since I am not traveling i did not need this connection. Their customer service is much better than 95% off other companies.

Its a plug and play set up but I ran into some issues but Voiply's customer service is easy to access and they worked fast and hard to get me up and running. I kept my landline number because my mom doesn't know how to use a cellphone. But landline was costing me to much to keep. So found Voiply for home and its a great bargain. All I needed was my internet connection the Voiply dongle and my mom's cordless phone. Whats even cooler is we have voice mail and I get notifications on my cellphone when we have messages.

I put in a call to the support center, and after playing tag for a day and a half I received an e-mail from the Customer Support group. It was something that they have not seen before. After a couple of days and constant updates and request for information they were able to fix my problem. Now my phone works correctly. Throughout the entire ordeal the Customer Support Team made me feel that I was improtant to them, and kept me updated. I appreciated the way they handled my problem, and worked hard to correct it.
