I spent nearly a year to find a decent service to transfer my Skype number. After much research I found VIOPLY and decided to port and park the number for the time being. The price is extremely good, settings are simple, porting is well supported. The AI assistant is quite useful and will transfer you to human support quickly when needed. Human support options offer chat, email, and phone so it is extremely convenient, and the chat support I received was excellent. My skype number porting is still in process but assuming all goes well this is a very useful and economical service with a variety of free and add-on services easy to choose from.

One could not ask for a better voip then Voiply. I have been a customer for many years and never experienced any issues at all, until this this year between Christmas and New Years. I was not receiving incoming calls and called for assistance. One would think, and most likely expect that during this time of the season help would not be forth coming. WRONG. The tech help desk solved the issue on the call back on a day between Christmas and New Years. Solved the issue, called in on the line, left a message and life was good again. Voiply takes problems seriously and solves them as soon as possible. One GREAT company with customer service in mind. And as a bonus their plans are very affordable and reasonable.

I want to tell all these people who is looking for a good VoIP phone service to check Voiply. I was looking at a lot of services, and I found this phone service due to what they had to offer. I went with service and placed my service order with them. Everything what is on their site is true. I had to take care of some issues with my internet service and had to cancel the service.
I got in contact with them and asked to have the service canceled.
Botton line there was no problem at all. They were very fast to respond back and took care of it and also was emailing every step of the way on the cancelation and refund. The big thing is what I liked about this service company they never gave me a song and dance to why or give any pressure trying to keep me. Other company want your whole profile and then they press you to connect with them. I would recommend this service company for the customer satisfaction they provide. You can read some feedback about problem when it comes time to cancel a service, but from what i went thought this company they are NOT that type. I'm saying this from the experience I had. I will for sure go with this phone service company once all the issues I'm dealing with gets fixed.
