Voiply Router

I recently signed up for Voiply and the setup and install was extremely easy and worked beautifully right out of the box. The calls are clear and sound very good. The Voiply web settings are also easy to navigate and there are lots of options to customize our phone settings.

I love having a home phone again! I have a middle schooler and I wanted to put off devices for my child and this is meeting our needs and it's also so fun to have a family phone again in case we can't find our cell phones for emergencies. More independence for my kid and more secure feeling for mom and dad! Win win. The quality of the calls is great too.

Voiply customer service has been so easy to work with, no need to call just use their chat and an agent will email you directly with a resolution. I highly recommend them

I'm ecstatic to have found Voiply for my business phone service. I tried a couple of other services and was so dissatisfied I cancelled and started my search anew. I followed the trail of positive reviews straight to Voiply! Account creation and setup was a breeze, and I was ready to start taking calls in less than 20 minutes. My tiny meditation center needed a phone number. We had gone over 5 years without a phone, so adding an actual phone seemed to be a waste, and we didn't want to do it. I found Voiply and it serves our needs perfectly. Our phone messages (we don't want a phone that rings anyway) are transcribed into emails that we can monitor later. It's great for us.

Called on Thur. 12/18/25@ 10:05 AM about our phone ringing once and going to voice mail. They checked the things they could all was good on our end, I was told they would make a ticket for repairs. At appox. 6:00 that evening we received a call from VOIPLY matter was all fixed and verifying problem was fixed. we are very happy with VOIPLY

Rapid response, almost unbelievably so. Caring expressed in their emails. Request for further update, as in caring how this breakdown resolved. Corrective action rapid after further update. These folks rock. Whatever they do to provide great service in a good mood is something VERY FEW organizations have a clue about.”

Due to my absence for 5 months, I had discontinued my internet service with another provider. To my surprise, voicemail was still working during this time and I was immediately notified via email whenever a call came in. The messages that were left showed up in detail which I appreciated. Upon reactivation of the modem for internet with that other provider, I had an issue with the phone connection. I contacted Voiply which fixed the problem within a relatively short time. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

As a small business owner, it was the right decision to move our telephone services to Voiply. Customer service provided by Voiply team is excellent.
