As a Customer Service Representative at Voiply, I take pleasure in multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving to assist customers. Outside of work, I enjoy my downtime, streaming or playing online games, and indulging in good food. I have learned that respect begets respect, which significantly influences both my work and personal life. Movies like "Forrest Gump" and "The Pursuit of Happiness" have had a profound impact on me, teaching me the value of hard work and perseverance.

Working at Voiply stimulates my creativity and lateral thinking, enabling me to prioritize customers' needs and always seek solutions. When faced with challenging situations at work, such as handling multiple customers simultaneously, efficient multitasking and problem-solving skills are essential.

The most rewarding aspect of my job is providing support to customers and receiving positive feedback. While balancing work and family can be demanding, I strive to fulfill my responsibilities to the best of my abilities.

I am passionate about helping Homeowners Associations (HOAs) solve problems to create smoother and more enjoyable residential areas. To stay motivated in my role, I maintain a positive outlook and tackle tasks one step at a time. New employees in similar positions can benefit from possessing critical thinking skills and good judgment.

One of my notable achievements is successfully teaching my co-workers IT basics and advanced skills. I am a proficient problem-solver with a strong desire for continuous learning. The guidance of my peers, college professor, and former IT manager has greatly influenced my professional development. Winning the highest award for my thesis project in college boosted my confidence in coding skills. To stay up-to-date, I regularly read about the latest industry trends online, as technology is constantly evolving. In my childhood, I aspired to become a doctor or lawyer.
