I find joy in both my professional and personal life. When I'm not working, you'll often find me running, enjoying some quality television time, experimenting in the kitchen, or cherishing moments with my loved ones.

One of the most important lessons that has deeply impacted my life is to never be afraid of failure. I've learned the value of patience and the significance of being kind in every situation. These values guide me as I navigate both personal and professional challenges.

While I don't have any specific books or resources that have significantly impacted me, I possess a strong willingness to help others. It drives me to seek solutions and provide assistance whenever I can.

Working at Voiply brings out my most creative side. This incredible company encourages me to think outside the box and come up with unique solutions to any obstacle I encounter. The supportive environment fosters innovation and allows me to contribute my creative ideas.

One memorable instance was when I faced a difficult challenge at work. Instead of immediately reporting it to our superiors, I chose to have direct conversations with my colleagues, providing explanations and working together to find a solution. This experience taught me the effectiveness of open communication and collaborative problem-solving.

The best part of my job is the opportunity to work with a fantastic company. Voiply has taught me valuable lessons in handling both the positive and negative aspects of the issues I encounter. It has been a tremendous learning experience, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally.

Balancing work with family, social engagements, and other commitments is crucial to me. I always prioritize and plan ahead, ensuring that I allocate time for each aspect of my life.

Currently, I'm passionate about starting a new business to help me achieve my dream of having a retirement house. This project fuels my motivation and drive to succeed.

To stay motivated and inspired in my profession, I always set goals for myself. I embrace new opportunities and never shy away from learning and expanding my skill set.

If I were to give one piece of advice to someone new at Voiply in a similar role as mine, it would be to work hard and always show kindness to others. These qualities not only contribute to personal growth but also foster positive relationships and a supportive work environment.

After almost five years of trouble-free service, my Voiply connection failed. I visited the website and chatted with a robot, who instructed me to check all my wire connections. I thought, That's what they all tell you, and it never solves the problem." The robot connected me with a live agent who told me to check all my wire connections. She was more insistent than the robot and eventually determined that the connection to my modem was faulty. I connected the cable to a different port, and the system was restored. The moral of the story....Listen to your agent. She knows more than you do and is there to help you.

I've been very happy with Voiply. I've had to use the service twice now and it has been very easy to start, stop, and then start again. The latest restart was very easy especially now that Voiply has added an AI layer to their chat and overall system. When I've needed an agent they have been available and very helpful. The porting process has been great and I feel safe and comfortable with Voiply holding a number for me.

We realized our house phone was not working and I e-mailed Voiply. They replied promptly, created a ticket # for us and began work on their end. Seems our adapter was off line so they gave me instructions on what to do. I followed their directions and we were back in service. Nice and easy--thank you.

The first time I needed customer service and reached out to them, they were there for me. Very professional, courteous and determined to resolve my issue(s). Timely responses and great follow through. They have since fixed the problem on their end (not all problems are Voiply's fault). And all this for an incredible, low monthly fee. I love Voiply, I was able to dial out but could not receive calls. I made one call to Voiply, they accessed the situation and resolved it quickly. I have been with them for five years and never had a problem. Good dependable service.
