As someone who values kindness above all else, I enjoy spending my free time reading books and being with my loved ones. At Voiply, being part of the Chat Support team requires me to be creative and generate ideas that will satisfy our customers' needs and concerns. Facing the challenges of starting a new job, I have learned to ask questions and listen to my colleagues, who have been patient and willing to guide me.

For me, the best part of my role is representing Voiply and transforming potential customers into loyal customers. Balancing work with family, social, and other commitments is all about effective time management and setting clear boundaries.

Although I am not currently focused on any particular projects or causes, the protection of the environment through sustainable practices is very meaningful to me.

Adaptability and continuous learning are my unique skills, developed through working in roles that were dissimilar to my degrees. Throughout my life and academic career, my mother and my teachers have had a significant impact on my professional development. I believe that further education and involvement in the industry are essential to staying relevant and up-to-date with current trends.

A government employee was my childhood dream profession. However, the valuable lessons and values imparted to me by the people around me have made me a more well-rounded individual, and I'm convinced it has led me to where I am now.
