Hi there! My name is Verni Lloyd Acera, and I am a customer service representative at Voiply. When I am not at work, I love to cook and sing. A valuable lesson that has deeply impacted me is to keep moving forward no matter what life throws at me. I am often inspired by social media posts, and I find them helpful in motivating me to become a better version of myself.

Working at Voiply has brought out my creative side. It has helped me to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to work with different types of customers. I remember facing Bubble, one of the biggest challenges I've encountered, but I overcame it by watching YouTube videos and seeking help from my team who are already skilled with Bubble.

As a customer service representative, it gives me joy to know that I am having a positive impact on my customers' experience. I have developed my communication skills since working at Voiply, and I am now more outgoing and confident.

I balance work with family, social, and other commitments by prioritizing important tasks and not doing work on my rest days. Lately, I've been spending some of my free time crocheting.

My advice for staying motivated and inspired is to celebrate wins no matter how small they may seem. For someone new at Voiply working a similar role as mine, never stop learning, and think of feedback or criticism as an opportunity to grow.

My key accomplishments include helping and training new agents, having a deep understanding of Voiply's services, and being skilled in problem-solving. As a customer service representative, I possess strong communication skills, patience, and empathy, the ability to multitask, deep product knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills. My mentors and leaders at work have played a critical role in my professional development.

For me, the Customer Feedback Program at Voiply has been meaningful as it gives me job satisfaction and fulfillment. To stay up-to-date with changes in the industry, I connect with other professionals through online forums and industry publications.
