They also have resources for those who may have been impacted by suicide – either directly or indirectly – including survivors of suicide loss, family members of someone who has died by suicide, friends of the one affected, and others who are trying to help them manage their grief.

In addition to providing immediate crisis counseling over the phone, counselors at the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline can connect callers with local resources such as therapists and support groups that can provide long-term care. They also offer online chat services which allow people to connect with trained crisis workers around the clock from any internet enabled device.

It is important to recognize the symptoms so treatment can be sought out. There is hope; research suggests that talking about suicidal thoughts can reduce one’s risk for attempting suicide or dying by suicide. It cannot be stressed enough how important it is to take care of one’s own mental wellbeing so that one’s overall quality of life does not suffer due to untreated disorders or feelings of isolation and loneliness caused by inadequate social interactions with others who understand what they’re going through.

I had moved from a previous VoIP service provider. I was concerned that the services wouldn't be as "good". I'm supper happy that I was wrong. Service has been very good, Support is have very helpful and feature and updates of the service are still coming. With other provider that I have 15 years. Nothing changed price keep going up. I'm so glad I made the change.
