Due to my absence for 5 months, I had discontinued my internet service with another provider. To my surprise, voicemail was still working during this time and I was immediately notified via email whenever a call came in. The messages that were left showed up in detail which I appreciated. Upon reactivation of the modem for internet with that other provider, I had an issue with the phone connection. I contacted Voiply which fixed the problem within a relatively short time. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.

My tiny meditation center needed a phone number. We had gone over 5 years without a phone, so adding an actual phone seemed to be a waste, and we didn't want to do it. I found Voiply and it serves our needs perfectly. Our phone messages (we don't want a phone that rings anyway) are transcribed into emails that we can monitor later. It's great for us.

After almost five years of trouble-free service, my Voiply connection failed. I visited the website and chatted with a robot, who instructed me to check all my wire connections. I thought, That's what they all tell you, and it never solves the problem." The robot connected me with a live agent who told me to check all my wire connections. She was more insistent than the robot and eventually determined that the connection to my modem was faulty. I connected the cable to a different port, and the system was restored. The moral of the story....Listen to your agent. She knows more than you do and is there to help you.

Voiply people and even their BOT have been very helpful. I've had the phone equipment since March 2025 but I hadn't tried to set it up until tonight. I had to wait to get a call back, but once the call came through, a wonderful agent named Blest helped me understand how to complete the process. Thank you!

Amazing customer service!
I have to say, the communication from this company is stellar; they were very proactive; sending emails with order status updates, sending literature before I received the adapter, so that I could familiarize myself and be ready to install when it arrived.
Unfortunately I don't have a compatible modem/router. (Most are compatible and can be tweaked, but I happened to have the one that wasn't.)
Their tech support was brilliant, offering a couple of solutions, but I ended up returning the adapter.
The customer service reps were very helpful with the return process as well.
I will definitely reorder from Voiply when we're ready to get a compatible modem.

They are great company in that they try very hard but they still have some things to learn like when a customer ask for an instruction manual so they would know how to use the mobile app and the portal and all the other stuff the phone the system over 9 times and I still have not gotten the owners manual or any way to figure it out on my own.
I finally used the portal instead of the mobile app today and it was like a miracle. It changed everything. I thought I was dumb or my phone was broken because nothing was working very well on the mobile app. When I got over to the portal everything worked fantastically. Voiply is fantastic. I was paying $10 a month with Xfinity and $240 on top of that to have TV service and a landline or VoIP. So you offer the phone for like $16 and all the other companies wanted $40 for a phone. So you guys are about the best deal in the market. It took a while to get the phone to work properly because it was getting ported over and so forth but I understand that. And then once it was working it's been fantastic I really love it. I got rid of Xfinity and I gained a good partner in voiply! I'm still loving the voiply service. I request today owners manual and they sent it to me right away. My new puppy loves it too!

I had a problem with the phone system. No messages and no dial tone. Got in touch with Voiply and they worked with me to get the system up and running.
They worked with me to reset the box a couple of times and we had the system up and running shortly after that.
The people that helped took their time and helped me to find how to adapter running again.
