The human agent of the client service was super fast detecting a small hiccup on the answer given by the AI agent regarding my account. Without me asking or having time to do it the agent presented herself and offered immediately to review the situation... not even a couple minutes go by and I am receiving the information by email and on the live chat session. Incredible and nowadays surprisingly attentive client service. Well done.

i decided to replace my land line and purchased a VoIP system from Voiply. I paid for one year and received two months free. This saved me 165.00 over my old plan. I received everything needed in a few days and the installation was simple. I have been using the system for a few weeks now with no issues.Glad i made the change.

All I can say is it was SEAMLESS! I had no idea this service even existed until my son shared it with me. I’ve had my number for 45 years and didn’t want to lose it but had to ask if it was cost effective. This made my answer easy…NO it wasn’t until I parked it with VOIPLY. I had an issue with my Caller ID and contacted Voiply Customer Service phone number. To my surprise, the wait time was less than a minute and the customer service rep understood my concern. The customer service rep contacted the help desk support team and my issue was fixed. I received a call back from the customer service rep to verify the problem was corrected.

I switched carriers but wanted to keep a "stand-alone" phone. Voiply sent me the hardware, and as soon as I plugged it in my "landline" phone started working. I didn't even have to call my old carrier and get a Transfer PIN. Voiply was so easy to install and set up.

Voiply was great to deal with and explained their services and equipment very well. I look forward to getting their adapter and using their system. Great price for phone service.

Great Customer Service with immediate responses to register my adapter. I would recommend their telephone service just for their customer service. The Sound is very clear on the initial phone calls I did make, and I am very satisfied with the Set-up process, the convenient app, and their easy to use customer portal.

We recently switched our business landline to Voiply and had some issues after the porting process was complete. I contacted customer service, and they were able to resolve the issue quickly and get us up and running. The additional features provided by Voiply over a traditional landline phone are wonderful.
